Our Metrica Bookcases just arrived and we are already in love with them. We ordered them in January 2023 from the U.S. and we received them safe in the best possible packing and wood boxing in May 2023. It was worth the wait for such a beauty and elegance of art work. The chair I ordered versus what arrived was incorrect. I raised this with the post sales support team who looked into it. They were super accommodating and came back with a few options to rectify the situation. Eventually they provided a solution that was extremely well received. The customer service was excellent and they turned around what was initially a 1 star review into a 5 star review.

Artemest helped me successfully purchase a matching Ceramica tile. I own an Ceramica tile I purchased in the 1980s in Maryland USA. The tiles Artimest presented showed a tile with a similar scene. Its outdoor scene was perfect!
