Really good customer service! Some of the items are definitely worth the price like my stunning GIOIA BEIGE NIGHTSTAND and Antinoo head bust made by Artisans at Galleria Romanelli. However, some items are a little questionable in terms of the quality and the price, just make sure to read the description of the items well and ask the concierge for more photos if making a big purchase. Overall, I recommend Artemest!

Beautiful and excellent craftsmanship
Beautiful, unique, delicate product! We bought the espresso cups as a memory of our visit to Rome because the apartment where we stayed (Rocco Forte, near the Spanish Steps) had these and more as their dishes and cups. The purchase was extremely well wrapped to avoid damage and arrived at our California home timely and without damage. We are displaying them on our bookshelves along with other memorabilia from our other European trips. Very nice! I highly recommend. And, customer service is excellent and responsive. Order without fear!

Waited over 2 months for my umbrella
Waited over 2 months for my umbrella. Other than the company being closed for holiday it did take 80 days to receive my order. With that being said, this is the nicest umbrella you’ll ever get. Something to match the suit, tie and briefcase look. Most likely buying another one for my wife.
