ARNE - Manchester New Cathedral Street Reviews

Visited the New Cathedral Street store with my partner yesterday after only shopping online. The store looks lovely and the product choice was fabulous. All staff were lovely and polite, I was served by Alicia who made my experience flawless and grabbed me any sizes that i needed. I will definitely be back to visit in the future!

when I first walked into the store, Charley, Amina, and Alexandra were very supportive and even offered to find an outfit for me, which I did end up buying in the end. Ultimately, thanks to these top people for giving me the best experience and ultimately making my life a lot easier

Fantastic shopping experience at ARNE Cathedral Road! The store is lovely, and the customer service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Amina, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience and gave genuinely great advice.
Amina is a real credit to ARNE and made the whole purchase effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Amina — she’s amazing! I’ll absolutely be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An item of clothing I wanted wasn't available in store. I was offered free next day delivery and I received the item on time. Great service.

Andre provided excellent customer service friendly, professional and really helpful throughout. Top guy

Great customer service.
Employees were so helpful, and gave opinions about what they think that will look the best

Just been in and bought a number of items . Staff members Millie and Alexander were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful , i would highly recommend this store .

Clean store, very cool staff. Big shoutout to Deeya - helped style me head to toe & was extremely patient. #PayRiseForDeeya

I am so happy you have a city centre location, I shop online regularly but always prefer to try on in store
My visit from start to finish was great, I was greeted as I walked in which I always think is a great start! A lovely lady called Kate helped me with fits of t shirts and then some trainers
The lovely girl at the fitting room was super chatty and grabbed me another size (I forgot her name, sorry)
You don’t normally get such a friendly team from start to finish, well done Arne

Hi, just wanted to give some feedback on the A-Tech 18’s. I was lucky enough to get invited on Friday to the new store opening in Manchester and got a pair of them in the Navy and Green colour way. Look class on feet but I took them to London with me for the weekend and never had any issue in them at all. Must have done about 12-15 mile of walking in them which is amazing for a shoe that looks like that, normally you’d have to wear some type of running shoe if you was doing that amount of walking. But ye just wanted to say they are amazing, so versatile and you’s have knocked it out the park. Might have to buy myself another pair soon as they are that good. Please don’t change a thing about them easily the best shoe you have done, can’t wait to see what you have in store next 👍🏻

The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. It’s a high quality shopping experience.

Sadly this is my third online gift order that I’m disappointed with. My son loves this brand and has said to me before that when buying ARNE clothing you have to buy the clothes in store as the online product quality is always a bit hit and miss due to being returned by customers and and sent straight out unchecked. I’ve had bodily hairs stains and sticky nasty clothing bags and can’t just be that unlucky! The online store really needs to do better 3 stars is v generous! My son is in America studying atm so the clothes are gifts and I don’t have time to keep returning so I’m sending my last order out to him and am gutted with the presentation and condition of the outfit which looks worn and very creased but I don’t want to miss his birthday. Please try harder as this really lets your brand down! 😢

Great experience at ARNE Manchester today, real buzz around the store opening, extremely helpful and friendly staff, safe to say I’ll definitely be back for more.

As with any new store opening a few teething issues, a digital system for requesting a shoes might help, as there isn’t a clear way for the team to identify the name or price of the shoes

Thanks to all the ARNE team and privileged to be invited to the VIP opening event. As usual top quality customer service, looked after very well by Andre, Niamh at the till was first class. Great to meet Reece, co owner and discuss their incredible story of success. Thanks again

I went to the Manchester store opening last night with my sister. The store is lovely and so were the staff and I managed to make a few quality purchases. It was a lovely gesture by Arne to give something back to their customers. I received a goodie bag that included an Arne newspaper that had a photograph, taken at the recent Liverpool event,; it was a surprise to see that my sister has become the shoulder of Arne and I have become the hands of Arne 🤣. If you require any more modelling jobs feel free to contact our agent 😂. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences with this company; keep up the excellent work.
