I have sent two Pairs of trainers back, which they received on 2/10/26. I am waiting for my refund of £140. They are not responding to my emails!

Horrendous service and giving 1 star seems generous. I ordered the Cleens Ace, 1st pair arrived with a big scratch through the leather. The company advised return and they will send a new pair, 2nd pair arrived and they had even more damage. I then asked for this to be resolved and was advised someone would send a 3rd pair and would 100% quality check before sending. I advised I was not happy and some sort of good will should be offered as i was down money without an item and it was costing me time and money to return items for no fault of my own. Communication was daily until i said i wasn’t happy then communication became slow and it took over a week to ship the 3rd pair. Of which once again arrived damaged, scratched leather, coming apart at the front of trainer and rusty lace holes. I was offered no compensation and offered 20% refund to keep trainers. Poor customer service and for a company offering premium british trainers the quality was poor. It wasnt generic leather defects it was scratches, leather cut incorrectly almost like blade marks across the shoe. Poor poor poor and will never use again or recommend

Cleens are great quality trainers and at this price you need to order them!
All I would say is Remember and size up 1 size for the perfect fit.
The only complaint I had was how long it took for the order to be dispatched but it was send parcel force 24hour so the trainer arrived just in time.

Really, really poor customer service and returns policy. Surprisingly bad for a brand that mainly sells online.

My advice is buy Arne clothing instead. Much nicer and their customer service is unreal!

I recently brought of cleens the quality of shoe is outstanding the shoes are for casual wear or formal wear also

Recently ordered some trainers and they got lost in transit, I contacted Cleens directly to resolve, I received a reply very quickly and replacement trainers ordered! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Very quick to help with an issue that was out of Cleens control.
Highly recommend!

This is a terrible product and the fact that the company claim 'British Luxury' is laughable. I ordered a pair of 'Luxurious' shoes from this business. They turned up covered in glue marks and damage. Which to me just shows that they are over produced and poor craftmanship. The fact these shoes cost over £150 in some cases is BIZARRE. As someone who cleans trainers for a living I will warn all of my customers off these. I forgot to mention... After 1 wear the thread around the front of the shoe is coming away.

I can't wait to get my refund and spend my money on some proper shoes.

I have been looking at these for ages, sales price of £70 is ridiculous for trainers of this quality.

Brought 6 pairs of trainers.
Trainers took over a week took over a week to arrive even though next day delivery was selected! One pair they said they didn’t have in stock (after showing in stock) so asked me to pick another. Picked another pair off of the website which stated in stock, to be told they were not in stock either.
So I asked for a refund as Iv have paid for trainers they now can not supply and that was two days ago and I still haven’t had my email acknowledged. Let alone actioned.
I have since sent another email that has been answered but the refund has been completely ignored.
Advertising trainers that aren’t in stock to take your money then ignoring you when you’re asking for a refund.
The worst customer service ever. So I will no longer use. Which is a shame because the trainers are nice!

I ordered two pairs of Motion Runners - when only one pair arrived, the customer service team were quick to respond and sort out delivery of the 2nd pair - which had been lost in transit.
The trainers themselves are class, good quality and look fantastic on.

I stumbled across Cleens by chance but I'm glad that I did. I purchased a pair of Motion Runners and was not disappointed. Excellent quality, if a little heavy out of the box, although they do not feel heavy when you wear them.
Really nice design...so much so, I bought a second pair! Recommended.

Nice trainer

Motion runners are a beautiful shoe. But unfortunately I ordered them on a Saturday and dint receive until the following week on the Sunday!! My mate ordered them after me and he received his pretty quickly where as I waited 8 days....but I guess they were worth the wait. OBSESSED!!!

Excellent service as always, had a slight issue with one of the T-shirts which is unusual, customer service were fast and responsive. Great service would recommend
