I had a great experience with the customer service! Emma was extremely quick to respond and super helpful in getting my accounts merged.

That said, highly recommend reading the returns and exchanges part of the website. i wouldnt have order the qty of suits I did had I know. But the colors are gorgeous and the suits seem well made. Oh, and dont forget to read the sizing and style. I was planning to exchange and size up, but after reading how the suit will mold to you after use, I decided against it. And so happy I did!

All in all, a pleasant experience!

I purchased bikini bottoms that were unfortunately too small. Due to moving house and travelling overseas for work, I was unable to return the bottoms within the 30 days returns period.

I explained the situation to Reina, who was extremely helpful and was able to help organise a credit for me.

Great customer experience. Really appreciate them making an exception due to my circumstances.

This is now my second purchase from Ark and I couldn’t rate them higher, like a lot of people I worry buying online. With Ark it’s been nothing but a seamless process. My first purchased I selected bottoms that I know doesn’t suit my body shape and needed to return them; they make it so so simple and again seamless. I had my new bottoms within a week and communication was great! My second purchased I sent them an email and I had received an email an hour later.

I couldn’t recommend this brand enough, the materials is incredible the fit is stunning and the colour is perfect! Highly highly recommend!

For the first time since I am 25, I’m wearing a triangle top on my huge boobs and it’s gorge. I’m 40 and buy swimwear pathologically and this is hands down the most beautifully made and sexy brand in market. Customer service was exceptional on top. Will be back!

Terrible customer service. They find any excuse to charge customers extra. I paid for the most expensive shipping option to receive my order in 7 days, but it arrived almost a month later. The product was too big, so I took it to the post office for an exchange in less than 24 hours, but they claimed it had signs of use (which was impossible) but ok I accepted I just wanted my bikini. I only got 20% of the amount as store credit and still had to pay for shipping AGAIN. I selected another item, it was sent to the post office, but when I went to pick it up, they said it had been returned to the store because there was a deadline for collection. Now they’re charging me ONCE AGAIN for shipping. Terrible store, terrible experience. A bikini that’s costing me the price of three.

I am SO confused by the bad reviews. I emailed this company asking about sizing for their Cross-Back One-Piece swimsuit (I was really torn between ordering a medium or large) and they walked me through it the way your best friend might walk you through which drink you should order at the bar.

I guess all I can say is I have never left a good review for anything in my life (I realize typing that how much I suck) but I was pretty blown away by their customer service. This was via email, FYI.

My husband purchased a suit for me and it was unfortunately a smaller size than I have gotten from Ark in the past. I live in the States and customer service was extremely accommodating with the return process. Shipping can be pricey from here and they offer a lower rate through DHL if you ever need to return and get quoted $250!

I just ordered two bikinis from ark and I’m so confused by the negative reviews? The material is amazing and this is the first brand I’ve found where I’m not dealing with a see through white bikini. It’s buttery smooth fabric and feels high quality. The coverage is minimal but that’s the style of the bikinis, and the size/fit detail makes that very clear.

I had an issue with one of my pieces that came slightly damaged. The process to get a replacement sent was clear and easy, within a few hours of initiating my claim Emma reached out to me to walk me through the process. A few emails later and she had made everything right by sending me a new replacement! It was so nice emailing back and forth with a real person I could tell actually cared instead of some generic mass responses, and she was so fast!

I'm honestly surprised by the negative reviews. I ordered my first bikini set (scoop top and cheeky bottom), but unfortunately, I chose the wrong size. I followed the return instructions, and within a few days, my return was accepted. I placed a new order right away, and the shipping was impressively fast—only about 3-4 days. The quality is excellent, and the material feels amazing. My only minor complaint is that the straps are quite thin, which can become a bit uncomfortable after a while, especially when surfing (though I know these aren't designed as surf bikinis). The main reason I'm giving 4 stars is the sizing—it runs extremely small. I'm quite slim and had to order a size L for the top. I wouldn't recommend it for larger girls, as the coverage is minimal. That said, I love my set and am already considering purchasing another one!

Oh and I also asked them to help me choose the style and got a very detailed response back that was super helpful.

Firstly, please, please, please keep moving past any negative reviews. Ark is a great swimwear brand with outstanding customer service. The team is on hand to answer all your questions about sizing over email and instagram messenger, in addition to having very detailed sizing descriptions to refer to. The swimwear is a snug fit and designed for minimal tan lines so if that's your jam then this is your brand. If you want high coverage it won't be your cup of tea. Read the size descriptions that have been thoughtfully created for each cut and reach out for extra support if still in doubt. Do this and you WILL get the right size. The swimwear gives when wet and is supposed to be snug when dry so it doesn't get saggy. I'll be ordering again!

The brand put my order on hold, contacted me, and said they couldn’t deliver to my address. We chose a new one, but they still sent it to the original address, making me pay more and wait two months. Due to a shipping error, I had to spend even more time sorting it out, and since this was for my vacation, I had already left, so friends had to pick it up. The bikini itself was a complete disappointment—bulky seams, cheap fabric, and the color was totally different from the photos. I own around 30-40 bikinis, wear them almost daily, and live in Hawaii, so I know quality when I see it. This was nothing but a poorly made, overpriced joke. Now I have to pay for the return, and they won’t refund the shipping cost. Awful service and even worse product.

Wish I’d read the reviews before spending my hard earned money. I placed my order and got a confirmation which said “Please check order and shipping details carefully”, I immediately noticed I ordered the bottoms in M and wanted L so replied right away, which was 3 minutes later. Yes this was a Saturday but at midday on the Monday I got an email saying “We are unable to modify or change items once an order is placed”….But their confirmation email says to check?! This now meant the return of the bottoms was going to be at a further expense to me.

Then when I received the order, I took the bikini top out of the pretty packaging and it was SO tiny that I didn’t even bother trying it on, it looked like kids sizing!

As a result of all of the above, I returned the entire order only to receive an email once they had it to say my return of the top was rejected and someone would be in touch to explain. I then received another email from them saying it was rejected due to deodorant marks!! I immediately replied saying I can wholeheartedly swear it went nowhere near my body because it was so tiny. But I never heard a word back!

After reading reviews my conclusion is they had sent me something that had been tried on and returned to them previously, and they in turn sent it to me already marked. I didn’t even notice any marks to start with but as I said I took one look and thought there is no way that will fit and put it straight back in to the packaging.

Definitely extremely poor service, made it out like it was all my mistake!

The only reason I will buy again is because I unfortunately have a store credit I need to spend because if I wanted a refund, they would deduct an amount off it!

5 inches (approx the width of a hand) was supposed to cover my whole chest, including both breasts. these guys r a joke. they dont even see or do any quality assurance on their own products. shipped straight from china to ur house!

Terrible! Do not order - their sizing is ridiculous and would barely fit my jack Russell let alone me, ( I ordered a medium as normally size 10).
They then advise it stretches when worn so no need to exchange, when it didn’t stretch and I reached out they advised they couldn’t then exchange as it had been worn.
Terrible customer service.

The team at Ark Swim are so helpful and replied to my emails so quick. Love the swimwear and the amount of styles you can opt for along with so so many colours!! Sizing does run a little small so sizing up helps!

The main issue is that this company takes 20% + $10 for returns, plus the shipping cost involved in returning the product. The swimwear is cut in a way that doesn't cover anything unless you are a size 6-8. I'm a size 12 and my c-section scar couldn't be covered by the front of the bikinis and the top only just covered past my nipples. I'm now of the opinion that they must be sending badly cut swimwear to make their money from returns, thereby being able to just send the same pieces out over and over again. There can be no other reason for having such a bad returns policy, and badly cut swimwear.
