Do not order bathing suits from this small business. They do not have a fair return policy, and you will waste your time going back-and-forth with customer service just to be out $120. I understand policy, but there’s a difference between that and disregarding the customer experience as a whole.

I’ve been a customer for two years now and I’ve had a good experience. The return policy is strict but the company makes that clear when you check out. And I like that you get a free exchange for items less than 30 percent off. It’s nice to know I can exchange for a different size or item when I’m trying something new. CS has been great whenever I’ve had issues.

The prices are admittedly high but I keep coming back, because I’m always happy with my purchases. The rewards program is also pretty legit. Skatie has been my favorite place to shop for the last few years.

I have to write seeing the brand is once again trying to offset bad reviews. HORRENDOUS customer service. Okay quality. Not worth the cost or the headache dealing with them.

Skatie is a trustworthy company owned by women based in California who try to keep all production in house while attempting to keep prices at an affordable yet quality based rate. I have bought from them for over 5 years now and have had very limited issues for which their team always gets back to me about.

great quality products. the styles, colors, and prints keep me buying way more swimsuits than i could ever need. their customer service is also some of the best. super prompt and really do their best to find the yes for customers.

I love Skatie! Their customer service team always goes above and beyond to help me with orders or get them out faster. I’ve never had an issue returning or exchanging a bikini or piece of clothing with them. The return options are fast and easy!! If other people complain about it, it’s because they didn’t actually pay attention to the return/exchange policy. The lounge is also some of my favorite most worn items. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!

The BEST swimsuits ever! Like butter and no pinching. I have over 250 pieces now and going. It’s an obsession lol. They have the an awesome customer service team ! Just know that on sale items 30% or more are final sale so as long as you know your size before ordering sale then you are good to go .

I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of this company and they put so much love and care into each piece! They listen to their customer base and respond to design and fit feedback. Their customer service also goes out of their way to fix issues that come up with hand made items. And i can confidently say, I will never wear any other swim brand ever again.

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews of this site. Skatie is my favorite brand to buy from because they have great customer service and truly are the best quality swim you can buy! They do have a limited return policy on swim but do free exchanges and all non swim has a really easy return policy. I love Skatie. It’s my favorite website and brand ti buy from

This company sucks. I’ve now wasted over $200 on swimsuits that don’t fit, and their return policy is a joke. I ordered full-priced items, not final sale, but they still refused my return. Any reputable brand makes that clear up front.

Their suits are NOT size-inclusive (especially for women with larger busts), they rarely have stock in needed sizes, and the quality is cheap polyester — nothing “sustainable” about it. What’s more sustainable: letting me return an item so someone else can use it, or forcing me to keep a bikini I can’t wear?

Customer service takes a week to respond (if at all), and this is my fourth swimsuit from them that’s a fail. At this point, their practices feel predatory.

Save your money. Their 1.8-star rating says it all.

Do not do any business with this brand they promote it as a final sale because is garbage. I purchased a set and when I received the quality was terrible and horrible cut. I tried to exchange not return as it was advertised final sale. but they gave me 0 to none help. Just saying I’m sorry for you inconvenience. A $120+ bikini price way overpriced for what it’s. so stay away from this unscrupulous, scammers of a brand!! You will waste your money!!

Do not buy from Skatie. I was a loyal customer and loved their swimsuits, but their customer service is appalling. I spent $160 on a suit that arrived defective, and instead of making it right, they’ve made returning it a battle, putting the blame, fault, and cost at me. What kind of ‘luxury’ brand sells faulty merchandise at a premium price and expects the customer to absorb the loss? After years of loyalty, this experience has shown me how little they value their customers. They’ve permanently lost my business.
