Ordered two piece swimsuit that cost $160. I was not aware they ship internationally so when I received and it didn’t fit and quality not what expected it cost $85 to ship back (that part is on you and yes, I sent ground) then they charged me a $42 restocking fee. So I got back $33 out of $160. TOTAL RIP OFF W NO WARNING ⚠️
The products' fit is a bit different from the size guide. That wouldn't be a problem per se.
However, their return policy is just crazy... 20% fee + 10 € to be paid for each article!!! Plus shipping costs to Australia.
This does not make any sense. For a 2 articles order (130 €) I should have paid 46€ fees + shipment cost (25€). That's how they make money. That's their business model.

I recently purchased two bikinis from this website. Unfortunately, one of them was the wrong size, so I decided to return it. After calculating the return costs, I realized that sending it back would actually cost me more than the bikini itself.
I only became fully aware of the return policy after placing my order, and I find it completely unacceptable. Charging 20% per item, plus an additional €10 (with no clear explanation), on top of the shipping costs — especially when no return label is provided — feels excessive and unfair.
This lack of transparency is very disappointing. Important information like this should be clearly communicated before customers make a purchase, not discovered afterward.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this website.

I purchased over $500 in swimwear from ark , I had to make some returns, and re purchased the correct sizes.
•My emails went unanswered for weeks when i had some return issues
• I didn't receive any needed customer support.
• After multiple attempts through email - i eventually reached out through social media- they said someone would get back to me.
• I ended up googling an address for my second returns process- it came up with a PO Box and I sent the product back with tracking
• Delivery address was correct; matched the PO Box on google and tracking showed they reeieved th return I made.
• I asked emailed multiple times have they received my returns and o ask about refund ( no reply )

Quality of swimwear is ok, though indeed very small. I got a medium top that could literally fit a 4-year old tightly. Returns are an absolute joke — not only a 20% restocking fee, but also a $10 return shipping fee…that DOESN’T COVER THE SHIPPING. Absolutely abysmal service.
I received my first set...I will be buying more. Fabulous service, arrived in gorgeous wrapping and boxed, fit perfect, quality is beautiful. I highly recommend x
I loved their product and had purchased many items for my wife until I had to return one item. They still have my money and they still have the swim suit.
Appalling business and can’t understand how they still are operating.
I would never purchase again which is a shame for them as many other customers obviously feel the same way.

The suits are very low quality and they're extremely small (so obviously they generate a TON of returns, see the other reviews here) and they charge you effectively the cost of the suit to return it via restocking fees, so returns are impossible.

The worst of the worst, no costumer service no response to emails. The fit is very small not a not a normal small.
I bought my daughter a Bikini for Xmas, She was looking to exchange it for a different style - Keep in mind the purchase was made as my daughter is going on an international trip in January so time was of the essence.
We are still attempting to exchange the purchase - We have reached out 4 times via email (emails being sent roughly 2 days apart from one another) - with the only response being to send the request to a different email. we have also tried to reach out via DM on instagram.

I have reached out to customer service after receiving goods that seemed to be sizes for children! They did not get back to me after many attempts. I then find out i cannot return without loosing $25 a piece in which i bought two of different sizes as they claimed to do easy returns. I am a normal size small petite, the sizes are seriously ridiculous. This is a scam. Beware!
Shocking. Colour disappeared after 2 months and material started disintegrating in less than 3 months, contacted customer service multiple times to try and understand if this was a one off issue but no reply. Absolutely wouldn’t buy again, very disappointing.
Since they don't offer reviews directly on their website (I wonder why) I guess I'll settle for leaving one here... I'll start off by saying that the suits are well constructed with quality fabric. The good ends here. When I made my purchase, I checked out for $160 for two pieces, which is pretty high, but I was ok with that. I noticed on my bank statement that the charge was for $240, so I emailed support asking to be refunded the difference. They told me that I checked out from the American website so the number shown was in USD not AUD....? I live in Australia and they are an Australian company, why tf would I be sent to the American site/know to check currency? They did let me know they could give me the difference as store credit to my account, for which I would need to spend ANOTHER $40 for half of a swimsuit that I don't even want or need. And hello, $120 per half is wiiiiiild and definiitely not worth it for what little amount of fabric that's actually used in these suits. Like, chill. I responded by explaining that it makes no sense for me to be directed to the American site and that I will not be using the credit and after sending 3 more emails asking for follow up they simply said "no" to my asking for the difference as a refund, and went on to lecture about VPNs and secure checkouts and blah blah (I know how this stuff works). Fine, but don't make it out to be that it was due to my own short sidedness that I mistakenly paid an outlandish price for a *slightly* above average swimsuit. This is a THEM problem and THEY should fix it.
Expensive swimwear that you can't return. Spent over $150 on a bikini. Style didn't suit so had to pay for postage again to return. New swimsuit sent, but didn't fit. Told only 1 return is possible, so I just lost my money. VERY SCAMMY and horrendous customer service. Felt like I'd been tricked.
It's insane to buy expensive swimswear from a company that doesn't allow easy returns for full exchange or refund as there is no physical shop to try on styles and sizes.

I am a size small, 5'3" tall and weight 118 pounds and ordered my first MEDIUM batch of bathing suits couple years ago. None of them ever fit, even after two yeas. I did order few more just to try, some did fit and love them, but I wish i had the first round and not wait it out like it says on the packaging. I wasted 400$. I even reached out to customer sercvice, this company will (politely) make up excuses and never address the issue they caused you with these defective products. I genuinely feel scammed and their nice manners didn't make up for the money I lost.
I returned my order and received an email close to 5 weeks ago saying I could opt for a $114 refund or a $155 store credit for my return. I promptly replied that I would like a store credit and I still haven't received it despite several follow up emails. At this stage I believe I deserve refund for the FULL ORDER. Return ref: #2000190099. This is absolutely poor customer service.
ZERO customer service. Blatantly ignore repeat emails asking for help with sizing, even though their website proclaims they are happy to help. Sizing "chart" etc on website is absurd & is no help at all as it is so ridiculously planned. Pieces are small enough to fit a toddler. Ridiculous & expensive returns / exchanges process.
Returned a bikini in unopened packaging. Return was accepted and credit due was acknowledged by Ark and yet weeks after sending numerous emails, they have still not issued a Store Credit. I am owed $140. How hard is it to press a button and honour your legal obligations? Stop hiding behind ‘online only’ and ridiculous rote messages.
