I sent my mover control box to them last Friday. It arrived Monday morning and was repaired and sent back the same day. I received it this morning-Tuesday- and it’s now back in the van fully functional. That is extremely good service. Thank you Premier Tech.

Absolute first class service repaired and returned my motor mover in a couple of days and it now works better than ever as it had no remote range but now works when I'm more than 6 foot away from the caravan. A huge thanks for the great service at a good price and prompt return of my repaired unit brilliant

So please with there service, Repaired an obsolete Pcb board for my N series Thetford fridge freezer, Super fast turn round, Fitted the board and it fired straight up! Thanks guys

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Took the hot water unit from my motorhome to them this morning. It was tested and repaired whilst I waited (about 25 minutes) it's now back in the van and working perfectly.

Fast and efficient service. Fixed my Thetford N150 Fridge power board. 19 year old fridge now back in caravan working like new.

I sent this burner to them in January 2025 for a fault ,they quickly got in contact with me to tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost,within 2days it was back with me and back in my camper brilliant.then in August 2025 it faulted again I rang them ,send it straight back and we will have a look at it,within 2days it was posted back to me fixed under warranty with no cost to me .these guys know what they are doing,many thanks to everyone involved ( the happy camper from Oldham)

Extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Our ancient Carver mover stopped pairing with our remote and after having self diagnosed it as a severely corroded radio receiver board we had little hope that it could be repaired. We found A&R through the web and having read other reviews we felt confident that if anything could be done they were the go to company. We pre-paid the service/repair fee and despatched our controller via Royal Mail 24h on 27th and received back and re-installed the fully repaired unit on the 29th. We are delighted with the outcome as the prospect of buying a new mover was an expense that would have taken months to budget for. We highly recommend this company for their excellent, quick and informative service and easy to navigate website. Thank You!

Richards service was very prompt, despite the replacement Combi Combustion Fan unit he sent out being itself faulty he turned around the investigation and repair within a couple of days.

Rang Premier Tech Services this morning regarding the problem with my Truma caravan mover, I took the control box off the caravan and took it to them and they looked at it as soon as I arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem, all in less than 30 mins. Excellent service, would highly recommend them.

Really good turnaround time to fix my powered mover, which was a big help to me, I would recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant service they got my carver cascade water heater unit repaired at sent back to me at lightning speed.
They sent out a print out of what the problem was and the parts that were replaced together with a 12 month warranty.
Can't praise them enough!

Sent our motor mover next day delivery. Got a phone call at 10.45 on the morning of delivery to say it had been repaired!! Paid for next day delivery, received by 12.30pm and replaced. Now installed and working ready for our next caravan adventure. Cant thank them enough for their quick turn around as without our motor mover, us two old peeps, can't move our caravan. It means the world to us to get it repaired so quickly and reasonably priced. Sent it Wednesday, received it Friday. 3 day turnaround. Thank you. X
