Combustion fan faulty, sent package recorded delivery Thursday evening, fault fixed on receipt on Monday back with me today (Tuesday) and my heating is back in action. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Had a problem with my truma combi boiler I emailed the company and they got right back to me right away telling me to send in the air combination fan that it may have a fault so I sent it to them and right enough there was a fault it took only a few days and was sent back to me repaired baring in mind that i live in Northern Ireland the staff are very knowledgeable and efficient and I would definitely recommend them thank you so much for your service regards Leo John.

Faulty units posted on Monday. Phone call to say fixed on Tuesday. Fixed units received on Wednesday. Fantastic service.

I had a damaged Truma M-1 Mover controller. I sent it in for repair. The inspection and repair took about a day. I just received the package. I'm very pleased with the quick and efficient service. Thank you very much, and I recommend it to everyone.

I used this firm when the Truma boiler in my 25 year old Hymer stopped working…
I pulled the PCB from it on Tuesday morning and sent it off…they called me on Wednesday morning to say it was fixed…
On Thursday morning it was back with me then fitted and working perfectly…

Posted my motor mover control box and remote to them on Thursday morning. Received it back carefully packaged today (Saturday morning)! They had found the fault to be the remote and provided me with a brand new compatible remote plus instructions. Excellent service, fast and polite. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately for me, the remote for my motor move stopped working, only to find that the manufacturer no longer provide them. So I was extremely happy when I found Premier Tech Services had a compatible replacement. I ordered with the expectation of delivery within a couple of weeks (was advised of holiday), but was pleasantly surprised to receive it earlier than I thought I would.

It took no more than a minute to configure and sync the remote, and have the motor movers working once more - all for a fraction of the price of complete replacement motor mover.

Burner now clicks on the very second I hit the switch. Heats the water fast in campervan.

Service is first class sent my motor mover control panel on Friday and had it back fully functional on Tuesday, can’t better that.

I have no hesitation in recommending Simon Gaffney as a first class motorhome engineer.
He put himself out to get my motorhome repaired, and with Truma boilers combined with Auto-sleepers that takes some doing!
Simon knew we wanted to get away, and he worked hard to do the job. He is a very conscientious and tidy worker. I shall definitely use his services again.
