We were greeted and welcomed. My husband and I had not clue what we were walking into, and the gals at Architectural Surfaces made our experience so easy. We were guided and helped in making our decision. We would HIGHLY recommend their services!

The Sales Rep was certainly polite and friendly. She showed us all the options on the display wall and gave us directions if where to look for what we wanted in the warehouse. However, once we got into the warehouse, it was rather confusing where each type of material was located. Providing a map with a basic layout of which material was where would have been helpful. You have a very large warehouse with lots of great options, colors and finishes. Also, maybe a little description of what each finish is like and what care is needed for it.
For example the difference between polished, honed and leather finishes. Also the followup maintenance required after installation. Once we got back there, we never saw the sales person again and ended up asking one of the extremely knowledgeable gentlemen in the warehouse questions and he gave us the information we needed. We then got a couple of samples from the other Sales Rep up front as we were leaving.

As soon as I walked in the door, several people offered to help me. The lady that waited on me looked at my granite sample, knew exactly what it was, looked it up on her computer and immediately took me out into the yard and showed me three different sets of slabs. I picked the one I wanted and with in only a few minutes the paper work was done and I was on my way. Great bunch of knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly people.

The staff gave great service and was knowledgeable. Loved the large selection of products to choose from.

Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. This is my 3rd time visiting. The selection and layout of the show room is the easiest to navigate compared to others. We finally made our selection and picked one of the new quartz that they just got in. It’s beautiful.

We have visited many places to look at Quartz. It is overwhelming and not that fun. However, I actually hated to leave there last Saturday! Eddie was the most amazing customer service person I have encountered in this process of looking at quartz. I am hoping we can go with you just because of his service! Thank you Eddie, you are doing an amazing job!

The folks working there were very helpful, not pushy/sales driven, but very knowledgeable about different slabs, checking availability and placing what we wanted on hold and explaining the entire process.

Great selection of marble, granite, quartzite, quartz and man made slabs. Friendly people who are very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you and advise you. Dolores was especially helpful and treated us like old friends. Ask for her by name.
