Hi Andy, happy to look into this for you. I see you placed the order on 29th March (Bank Holiday). With the Monday also being a Bank holiday (1st April), you can likely appreciate Royal Mail do not operate these days. The watch was dispatched on 2nd April, the very next day Royal Mail collects from us. The order was placed with RM48 Tracked, and looking at the tracking details, it was delivered within the correct timeframe. I hope you love the watch and our apologies for the Easter delay. It would be nice if you kindly reflected on your 1-star review.

Important gift
The watch I chose was special as it was for an important birthday. The engraving was amazing, I had it done in my own handwriting and it was matched perfectly. It was well presented in a lovely box. It arrived promptly and safely. Ordering was easy, as was sending over the copy of my requested engraving. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for that special gift for an important occasion.

Received a watch as a gift but it runs slow and the watch face does not align with the second hand.

Offered a replacement watch including engraving, happy with response time from their CS, will update review upon receipt of replacement watch.

The watch looks beautiful and masculine, feels and looks high quality. The engraving is on point. Sharp and stands out. My special wishes concerning special symbols were fullfilled.
Shipment was super fast, watch came in a beautiful gift box. My husband hasn't received it yet as his birthday is yet to come but I know he will love this watch and I can't wait to give it to him.
