Unfortunately you cannot rate this Company, Aramex Australia, (formerly Fastway Couriers), a ZERO rating and unfortunately for people in receipt of deliveries Aramex has not improved with just the name change from Fastway Couriers.

this is the 3rd delivery that Aramex was unable to deliver to me..... all issues have been addressed as my PO BOX or Parcel Suite that are both situated on the same premises as the actual post office, after the first and second failed delivery I contacted Amarex's "Customer Service" line and encountered a rude Operator who chided me and said the package was not addressed correctly ans was advised they were "Deliverable" I spoke to the Post Office Branch Manager, trying initially to locate the parcel(s) to no avail, then I verified if they accept packages from Couriers, if the courier can't find the Post suite/Box address at that same premises, I was advised they absolutely do accept parcel/packages over the counter from Couriers .
This 3rd time having contacted their fantastic "Customer Service " line and relaying this delivery failure, I was told again, after recounting my previous issues and I was promptly told the Couriers have been told they can't leave the Parcel as Aust. Post do not accept parcels from couriers, I explained to the operator my verification with the Post Office Manager that they accept packages from couriers, and the CS Reps promptly changed the reason to "It is our policy that drivers are not allow to deliver to a verified PO address....... a load of HUEY !!!
I am in the process of contact all companies that deal with Aarmex that I have order from them to please use an alternate carrier, I know this will probably not change their dealings, but I will certainly not order though any Companies that use Aramex as a carrier in Australia.

Parcel not delivered because the business name was not on the parcel, guess what sherlock, not all parcels are business related but ok, I then had to provide our opening hours, well let me think, the vast majority of businesses run 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, I understand there may be exceptions. Amarex hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, go figure, how about you arrive at 8:00 am, load your trucks and commence deliveries from 9:00 am, then you can tottle off home at 4:00 pm, no time wasted with offshore calls, no delays in deliveries and happy customers..... Ok and the last straw, Amarex then sent me a picture of my parcel and I had to confirm via text, my delivery details AGAIN, but guess what? all the details were on the parcel, my name, the business although a personal purchase, the street address, everything was correct. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

Why is this so called company still allowed to exist.
Fair Trading should have shut this joke of a company down a long time ago.

6 days to get from Sydney to the central coast, a 1 hour drive. what’s worse is there tracking system as it said, picked up from sender then nothing, no tracking no updates nothing , after numerous phone calls to the so called customer NO service no one could locate my package especially when they are in Philippines, then I get told there are delays in my area and if the package isn’t delivered 10 days after the scheduled delivery date two days ago I can contact them for them to look into it . 6 days later I drove to the central coast depot which is a 2 minute drive the employee checks on the system and says he doesn’t know where it is as there is no tracking up dates only that the driver scanned it after collecting it from the sender, while another employee goes out the back to check if it’s out the back, 5 minutes later he returns with my package stating it was on a truck? . How does this company survive with the poor service they provided, companies using this service provider or lack of should stop so they are forced to close down.
This is the second time I have had a half delivered package by aramex and both time with the same issue no tacking and no one knows where the package is. I can only guess that they are the cheapest service available. I would never use them again and if you are getting something couriered ask the sender if they are using aramex before purchasing because you’ll be lucky if you get your package, pathetic and useless company that shouldn’t be in the business of delivering packages or customer service.
If only you could leave feedback on their website I’d leave them an absolutely glowing testimonial.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Aramex regarding my Temple & Webster order has been an absolute joke. Dealing with this company feels like stepping back into the 1990s, but with worse customer service.
The "Service" Failures:
Impossible Access: They "attempted" delivery while I was at work. Now, they expect me to trek to their depot, which is only open until 5:00 PM on weekdays and closed all weekend. It is physically impossible for a full-time professional to collect a package under these hours.
The Notification Gatekeeping: I know my package is at the depot. The tracking says it's at the depot. Yet, when I tried to collect it, I was told I couldn't have it because I hadn't received their specific "ready for collection" notification. It is sitting in the building, but they’d rather hold it hostage than hand it over.
Redelivery Loop: They won't redeliver unless I can guarantee I'll be home to sign, but they won't provide a specific time window. I shouldn't have to sacrifice a day of annual leave just to receive a box.
Aramex is the weak link in the e-commerce chain. Their business model seems to rely on making the customer do the courier's job. Temple & Webster, for the sake of your customers, please stop using Aramex.
Utterly useless.

This courier company is by far the worst in the entire country of Australia. My express post order which was being delivered within the same state (Victoria) is now almost two weeks late. Little to no status updates, near impossible to communicate with, shockingly terrible chat bot. It astounds me that with the mountains of very accurate terrible reviews of this shonky company that any vendors chose to use them for courier services.
All I can deduce is my delivery is lost behind a couch in a warehouse somewhere in an outer suburb of Melbourne, never to see the light of day ever again.
If I could provide a 0 star review I would. Buyer beware, these guys are utterly horrendous and the likelihood of your package ever being delivered is very minimal.

Failed to meet delivery updates via tracking. When contacting them asking if at local depot to collect myself they said they cannot give me that information and will be delivered in the next 7-14 business days. Absolute appalling customer service, dialogue and transparency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The parcel was very small, and the instructions were to leave it in the mailbox. They did not. I received an sma that they couldn't find me at home. So I confirmed the instructions to leave the parcel in the mailbox. On the day of delivery, I received another SMS that THERE IS NO ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL! How come? It was there 5 days ago when they attempted to deliver. It looks like they do not bother to deliver. Just want your money.

Aramex,
You gave me the link to submit an enquiry in my previous review. I did. No action has been taken.
On 6th I was told that the parcel has been delivered to the delivery agent. Now when I tried to reach out to the CS team, the response is "it's currently being processed to be handed over to agent? What should I believe? The lies you told on Friday or the lies today?
And the CS agent directly ended the chat without my consent. Do you think it's funny? Do you think this is professional? Please don't respond to me to reach out to your team. Here is my tracking number! It was supposed to be delivered on 5th of February 2026
Tracking number MP0079534680.

Parcel was due to arrive on Monday, there had been no update on the tracking since the previous Friday. On Wednesday followed instructions online to lodge an enquiry hadn't heard anything back by Friday. Tried to call the Cairns depot, got put through to the corporate enquiries. They couldn't figure out where the parcel was or why it hadn't been delivered. So if I'm lucky I MIGHT hear back from them on Monday, a whole week after if was supposed to be delivered. Who knows when I'll actually get the parcel though as no one seems to know where it is.
Update- still no one can find the parcel, this company is completely useless. I went to the depot and was told I would be 'lucky' if I got it this week

Email came through and advised that delivery has taken place. Logged in online to view the delivery photo- the 2 photos available show a delivery docket with no details (inside a vehicle) and the second photo shows the package inside a van or car. I have 3x cameras in my driveway and none show a delivery taking place. Rang the Perth number and its now supposedly escalated. they will get back to me in 24-48hours. Contacting the shop, I purchased the dashmat to advise of their selected courier service.

The driver delivered the parcel to the wrong address and has been asked to pick it up several days ago and has done nothing to retrieve the parcel and deliver to the correct address, we have seen the Aramex truck go past in the last few days , so no excuse that they are not nearby to pick up,. the customer service keep giving me the runaround and know where the driver delivered to the incorrect address and have done nothing about it.
I would think that the case could be the driver has not got the guts to go back and get the parcel, or he lied to where he stated he delivered the expensive goods, our client is not very happy at all as the service internal form Aramex is pathetic,
maybe they should be looked at for not coming down on the drivers who dont do their job.
Update. just had another parcel dropped at our address and when i tried to talk to the driver he ran so fast that he should be in the Australian Olympic running teams. makes you think why.
Aramex is not taking responsibility for the driver not doing their job correctly, the contractor has not gone back to the house he delivered them wrongly to and just look at the other claims just recently with the peoplle they hire have just stored goods inj a warehouse and have not delivered them,
Aramex whant to give the sender the costs of the goods in a refund when it was we that have paid for them, why should he get the credit and actually get paid twice for goods that i never received by the slack delivery from Aramex who are to scared to truthfully investigate the loss of goods to us and employing a driver to not do his job and get paid, we should be looking at people that can read the delivery docket.
ANYONE THINKING OF USING ARAMEX, THINK TWICE AS THE AND THEIR DRIVERS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR GOODS AS THEY JUST DISAPPEAR
update.
stealing complaint lodged with Bribie Island Police and giving Aramex delivery van plate number captured today and address to where Aramex claims the goods were delivered to.
very interesting, we lodged a complaint with the local police and within two days we had the goods that were delivered elsewhere and advised they were lost, turn up at our front door,.
very interesting outcome

This is the slowest courier in Australia.. Everyone thought Auspost was slow Youse take the cake. If when I ordered something I could pick my own courier it wouldn't be aramax a turtle is faster... By the way I'm only one of a big group that think that.

The worst ever! Sent an order for a hospital from Vic to NSW Jan 9 - 11 days later ask for more info as they can’t “find address” despite it being on the label - even sent them google screenshot showing hospital address
Now it’s Feb 3 and it’s about to arrive back at my showrooms
Clearly driver has zero idea how to read maps or info and now the hospital is massively inconvenienced
Avoid using Aramex at all costs, they have a very low rating for a reason

Hi Aramax,
You replied to my last review stating that you strive to do better.
Here's a little lesson in customer service, I ordered an item from a business in Geelong on the 31/1/26 and I received my purchase this morning the 3/2/26 it actually left Geelong on the 2/1/26 and I live in Picton NSW.
That's what great customer service looks like.

Parcels aren't collected, parcels are lost and the worst part is when you work directly with this company and email customer service, your sales rep and the customer service manager to close your account and request your pre paid funds to be refunded nobody responds.
This company thrives on bad service and stolen money. Stay away

A pair of shoes was apparently delivered to my doorsteps by Aramex, the notification email was sent to me with a photo of the delivery. But unfortunately, when I opened the front door, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I contacted Aramex, but got told it was delivered, they were relying on the photo. Now I have heard on the grapevine that some Aramex couriers deliver a parcel, take a photo for "proof" then take back the parcel for themselves and sell the items on eBay or gumtree. The Aramex company is in the dark as they cannot prove anything, and the receiver can't prove anything either because of that deceiving photo. Now, I contacted the shoe seller and they were kind enough to send me another pair, but this time they used auspost instead. so much safer. After this shocking experience and reading all the bad reviews about Aramex, when I buy something online I will make sure they do not use Aramex as their delivery service.

Today was the third time in as many deliveries that my parcel didn't make it to me. I have had enough, and will refuse to buy any thing online if the retailer's method of delivery is via Aramex. Their service fails at all levels from insufficent notification of delivery, to drivers who don't even bother to try to deliver and just leave a card in the letterbox, to telephone customer service staff who poorly administer a policy that makes it impossible to get a custome focused solution. I only wish I could give a zero star rating.
