Very unreliable

Very unreliable. I ordered from several companies and they all using Australia Post. All delivered within few days, except my Dyson from Sydney using StarTrack. Two failed attempted deliveries while my husband who works from home did not hear anyone ringing at the unit. Sadly my Dyson is nowhere and keep saying in transit, I am ready to return the item and get it from local shops, despite the Dyson online is cheaper. Next one need to get my complaints will be Dyson, for choosing StarTrack.

Above and beyond …

Customer service team had my order organised and after missing the delivery the delivery driver dropped it off just now at 7.20pm
Not only do these guys take customer service seriously the delivery guy is still out at 7.30 at night.
I can only give these guys 5 stars but if I could there would be 10.
Thank you for you loyal service.

THE SHITTEST COURIER COMPANY EVER !!! DO NOT USE.

WARNING : StarTrack is the worst courier EVER to deal with. They expect you to sit home from 9am to 5pm waiting for a delivery or a pick-up. They are unhelpful, have no customer service skills and do NOT appreciate their customers. They are too lazy to set up the same common sense and practical systems that every other courier now has INCLUDING AUSTRALIA POST which is their parent company. What a joke !! When buying online, if I find out the courier is Star Track, I immediately cancel the order. That's how bad they are. Almost every other reputable courier company can give you the courtesy of a 2 hour window, but not shitty Star Track. Do NOT waste your time and energy using them. Buy elsewhere. Use another courier. You have been strongly warned.

Such a positive experience

Such a positive experience! The driver was really friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went the extra mile by bringing heavy items inside and making sure everything was placed safely. It’s little things like that that make a big difference! Thankyou Corio Central Dental

Consistent lazy with delivery

Consistent lazy with delivery. Deliveries kept at depots for no reason, customer service never offers any slutions, just excuses as to why they can't do anything. So sick and tired of their lack of urgency or quality control. I've had packages returned to depot and labelled "unable to deliver, no one home" when I've been sitting in my lounge room waiting for the delivery. This is the consequences of having an economy with no competition, bad national governance and corporate monopolies. What can a consumer do when they have no choice and you're told "that's just how we operate". Useless!

Lies about Attempted Delivery

I have been home all day and I received a "not able to deliver because no one home". No one attempted to deliver. I can prove this on my cameras.
Apparently they cant redeliver because i havent paid for express. However I did pay for delivery and this was not attempted. I now have to go into a shopping centre to collect. This is completely ridiculous.
Not only that but when speaking to customer service it was toally unhelpful. Under this circumstance of not attempted delivery they should have redelivered at the least. But no. Then when I asked to be put through to make a complaint, you dont have anyone to talk to and get directed to an app. Absolutely poor service.

Ordered my phone off Optus with a 1-3 day delivery time because I didn't think I could make it to the shop...phone got scanned in then nothing. I rang up on a borrowed phone and was told they couldn't quiet find my place on google maps so I doesn't exist. I was told it was optus and my fault.. I rang Optus and they said no way star track have to attempt delivery. Ive spent 1 week back and forth even telling the supervisor how to deliver it I was told no I'm wrong ...last resort I rang Australia Post who confirmed my house Is a delivery point and to message star track to which they haven't bothered replying...not once has it left the parcel centre and been attempted to deliver not once...the poorest service I've come across ever...imagine being told by some guy that your house is confusing on google maps so it doesn't exist even though Aus post and the customer say otherwise

I am extremely frustrated with StarTrack

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing lack of professionalism from StarTrack. There is a basic standard of service that any delivery company should adhere to — especially when handling medical items — and this standard is simply not being met.

For the second day in a row, my parcel has been delayed because the driver did not bother to come to the door or knock. I was home. I cannot see through brick walls, and the only reason I know the driver even stopped is because my security cameras recorded them pulling up just short of the mailbox and driving off almost immediately without attempting delivery.

This isn’t an isolated incident; it has become a pattern of laziness and disregard for customers. Instead of completing the delivery or taking the parcel to a post office for collection, it ends up sitting in the van overnight, causing further delays for items that can be time‑sensitive.

When someone’s job is to deliver parcels, the bare minimum should be making a genuine attempt to deliver them. I’m tired of dealing with this ongoing lack of effort and the unnecessary inconvenience it causes.

StarTrack seriously needs to review its delivery standards and hold drivers accountable for repeatedly failing to do their job.

I’m guessing they perform a lobotomy (remove the brain) of the Star Trek delivery drivers when they engage them.
More than likely they don’t even get out of their vehicle, they simply take a photo of the outside of the customer’s address and mark “unable to deliver”. I was inside my house at the time Star Trek reckoned they came, but I heard nothing.

They’ve already got a shite reputation, and I’m happy to mark them the lowest score possible.
Useless.!!

IM WELL PASSED FED UP I ORDER ALL MY URGENT MEDICATION AND THEY ONLY USED STARTRACK TO DELIVER SO I WILL NEVER AGAIN GET MY MEDS ON TIME!!

Really unprofessional!!

Really unprofessional!!
The delivery guy doesn't come to the location and directly delivers the parcel at the collection centre. When you try to call the service desk you are asked to contact the seller. And when you try to leave the feedback rating as "0" the system doesn't accept it, and it will keep asking to leave the rating :) Serious waste of time. It would be easier to go physically to the sender and take in-hand delivery rather than using StarTrack.

I have never experienced a worse delivery service

I have never experienced a worse delivery service. The package sent to me from Sydney to just outside Canberra has been stuck for over a week. I could have driven there and back many times. I will no longer buy from any store that ships using StarTrack and I will always ask from now on.

They don't knock, just dump a 'We're sorry we missed you' card and flee. Pathetic.

Once again the Startrack delivery person had a pre-written card that they quickly took a photo of and fled with no attempt to even try to actually deliver the package. Like I heard them arrive, was making my way to the front door and they were already driving off. I guess I need to be faster to catch them in the act because hot damn is this ridiculous.

My Mountain Bike was delivered from…

My Mountain Bike was delivered from Sydney to Melbourne by StarTrack Express the box was severely damaged the crank was hanging out from the box. The crank is scraped and scratched and I will find out soon by Mechanic if the bike is damaged. The box was concealed with material by the seller Kangaroo Fitness so it did not give me a chance to identity the damaged box.Tracking number 3MLZ51161420. Don’t trust StarTrack or Express for bulky items.

I called the customer care line and the person on the other side I could hardly hear them as there mic was so soft and then I was told that I can’t collect or redirect my package as the sender has so change the deliver authority.

I said your driver has it or why can’t I come to the depo to collect and they said no it has to be sent back to where it came from…… I am not happy with this and this is unreliable.

Startrack does not deliver

How did Startrack get the contract with Australia Post? What shenanigans and skullduggery brought that about?
They consistently fail to deliver parcels to the correct addresses; furthermore, they drop off at distant post offices. It is a penance to use Startrack with Australia Post. I have better luck with the various couriers through Transdirect who pick up and deliver door to door.

How hard is your job?

How hard is your job?
Ive paid $15 for courier needed meds from Melbourne and every time I get a notification of attempted delivey. Ive spoken to Startrack and My local PO (drivers dont work for the local po)
many times and nothing changes, why?
Why are we paying you if we then have to go out and pick it up?
You need to implement a better policy that proves attempts because as you see from the majority of reviews its a commen problem you have with the lazy entitled employees of yours.
