I am a regular buyer at Araflora since many years. Their collection of plants is amazing, everything in good shape, and the owner goes the extra mile by adding supplemental plants, larger than ordered plants, and follow-up advice. Araflora is extremely knowledgeable about what they are selling.

Prima quality plants and fantastic service

The plants I ordered in the UK were destroyed by the government because Araflora failed to ship them with the correct certificate needed. Araflora is currently refusing to refund me; the customer service representative I'm emailing is claiming it's my fault for not requesting this certificate when I placed my order, even though this is obviously the seller's responsibility.

I can see from previous reviews here that this has been an issue for other customers in the past. Avoid if you're international.

Edit: I was eventually issued a full refund, but it took many emails and requests.

Thought the shipping was kinda expensive, but they sure did package it well. Even with a heatpack in winter. plant was a small but decent size, despite being titled as a "starter".

Great shop with a very wide selection. Recently purchased a plant that was not healthy enough to ship. I was contacted by mail about the issue, and we agreed on a replacement plant. I recieved not one but two great plants, both exceeding the value of the original, not sent, plant. I am a returning customer and this shop always been great to me. At a few occasions the ID of the plants been wrong (mostly for lesser known and grown genus -I guess you can´t be an expect on everything) but on every occasion I always been compensated or ended up with the right plant. Communication always been easy and friendly.

Good honest seller with high quality plants.
I ordered plants in winter but due to bad weather and long delivery during Christmas some of the plants came dead. Seller agreed to replace them with my next order plus sent me bonus plants, which I was really surprised about. He always replied to my emails really fast, answering all my questions so customer service is really good as well. I can recommend Araflora and I will order from this shop again.

Ordered 3 plants which were dispatched according to prevailing cold weather windows of opportunity and received in good order with bonus plant. Great quality and would highly recommend to all plant buyers A++

I ordered twice from them and both times I received very nice plants and also a bonus plant which was lovely! With the bigger order some of the plants were unpotted, due to space limitations, but they were very well packaged together with their soil. I preffer the unpotted version honestly, as I use my preferred pots rather than nursery pots. Shipping time was very good, which is very rare when it comes to Cyprus and the plants are reasonably priced. There are offers and discounts all the time, they also seem to change frequently, so maybe you can get the plant you want on a very good price. Overall I am very pleased so far and will order again!

Everything was carefully packed and secured.
My country has the longest transit time, but plants came as fresh they could be.
I recommend them to everybody !

Always friendly, they send me an extra plant or two every time I've ordered, which is just super nice and totally delights me. On occasion I've had one pest or the other that came with a plant, never anything horrible, a spider here or there, and once a few ants that made their home in some globe moss, but I'm used to quarantining plants and treating them before adding them into my collection (and again, its never been something truly devastating). In my opinion everyone who values their collections should do this any time they add a plant. They have a lovely stocking of pretty much anything, and I find the plants always come in well established, once I received an orchid that had not fully grown in, so they simply send me two. You can tell they have a passion and I'd love to visit their growing site one day. Great company :)

This is my third order from Araflora. I was impatient and made the order in summer and here in Malta its hot. They shipped by postNL and received the items in 6 days. Plants were in very good condition except for one orchid... and thats my bad... gerr always puts some extra freebies and this time i got some lovely tillandsia airplants. Thanks a lot and i am so glad that you ship to all EU without exceptions.

After having ordered from them twice now I can honestly say that I wish I found this store sooner. The plant quality was excellent both times, and when something went wrong (they accidentally sent the wrong plant(s)) with the second order, it was quickly resolved. Not only did I get to keep the wrongly sent plants, the correct plant was sent to me free of any charge and arrived a full day early! Also, with every order thus far I received a free bonus plant as well. It doesn't get any better than that, so Five Stars it is!

I give my best recommendations regarding Araflora. I live in Sweden and got my flowers delivered smoothly. The flowers were well packaged and the dialogue with Araflora good and smooth. Very satisfied and will shop more in the future.

Excellent shop with a wide range and choice of plants. Sometimes the rarer specimens are already sold out before the site is updated, but that is not a big issue as there’s always something new and interesting to buy. I have already placed three orders there the plants have arrived well packed and healthy. Once due to the postal service my order was delayed, but they offered an excellent service to replace the plants.
Truly outstanding service and plants and was surprised and very pleased with the extra plants they sent as a gift.
Would highly recommend this shop!

great plants and great service: my plants were lost in the mail, araflora sent me new ones asap, with an extra plant as a gift. And swift delivery to boot:the plants arrived in perfect condition on march 25 2021 (sent from NL to France on march 23) I will definitely order again!
