A staff member named Stephen brown,was absolutely excellent as I'm not good on devices and other companies kept sending me links that had my head wrecked, I finally got to arachas and spoke with Stephen, and I swear he practically did everything for me, with no complications and very understanding of me, patient and helpful, I was relaxed and stress free after speaking with him, so professional he was and really seem to care and want the best for me, well that's how I felt,even after all that, and when I had to fill the finance agreement thing, I ran into complications and contacted Stephen, even though it's not his dept. he still went out if his way to get someone from there to contact me, which they did, again that staff member from prem credit again was lovely and so helpful, I didn't feel judged for. Finding devices difficult🙈😂, thanks so much Stephen really thankyou also thankyou Niamh and Fiona in prem credit, was just as helpful and patient with me, have to say I'm impressed, and now thinking of getting home insurance with them as I love when staff are a great help, I love good service thanks

I would like to say a massive Thank You to Orla Callaghan who looked after my Insurance renewal this year. The whole process was painless for me. Which allowed me to get on with my day to day working of my Business. Orla started the process in a timely manner so she was able to get any information she need from me without putting me under pressure. She got me a very good deal to keep my Insurance costs inline with last years amounts so I am happy with that.

Our experience was marked by consistently poor communication and inaccurate documentation. Key details were frequently missing or incorrect, including invoice numbers, dates, and even the company address.
Endorsement notes were not provided for significant year-end adjustments, which created additional complications. When we raised these concerns, the response from the regional manager unfortunately included further documentation that still contained multiple errors — again with incorrect dates, wrong company details, and missing invoice numbers.
Overall, the standard of service was extremely disappointing. After many years as a client, we regret our continued engagement. Since moving to an alternative provider, our insurance costs have reduced significantly — nearly halved — reinforcing that leaving was the right decision.

The person with whom I dealt was so professional: knew what to do and how to do it; was pleasant and warm at all times, yet never overstepped the mark. Nothing was too much trouble. It was not possible for me to give her all the information on my first call. I asked if I could contact her on the first working day afterwards. Her response was that she would contact me. Early in the working morning if the specified day. Which she did. It is not often that people in companies follow through on a promise. She did. She also phoned me back after we had completed the car insurance renewal with news that there was more and better cover regarding one issue than I had thought. True customer service because it was unlikely - and is - that I would have double-checked in the small print afterwards.

Have had my yacht insured with Craftinsure (now Arachas) for 9 years, excellent service and communications and at a reasonable price.

Dealt with Tara today regarding a car insurance issue. She advised me to hold on while she investigated my query. The phone call got cut off but she immediately rang me back.
