I called Aquatru and asked for help…
I called Aquatru and asked for help reactivating the carafe system I had neglected while I was recuperating. Jesus in Customer Service helped me to replace parts & restart my machine. He brought great tasting water back into this house again. I have been an Aquatru customer for over 10 yrs. We are very happy with Aquatru's service and their products. Thanks for solving my problem. I love my new carafe style water filter from Aqua Tru - I did a TON of research prior to purchasing and found multiple water testing sites that recommended them. It's really excellent!!

The purchase was easy
The purchase was easy, delivery pretty fast. Ive tried the product for almost3 weeks now and I like the taste of water, it doesn't take long for the pitcher to fill. However, it is hard to make the water container sit/fit properly in the back side of the unit. I think it is because it is made out of plastic amd it seems not to slide down properly and the lid doesn't close . So I have to try several times to make it fit . I am afraid it will cause an issue eventually to fit at all. Other than that I am happy I found this product.

I bought an AquaTru Classic and it seems like I was a sent a used product. There were scuff marks on top of the machine. When I tried to contact Customer Service to get a new label the chat associate would not answer my questions. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

Easy to order i have 3 counter top units one of them I backing up water after cycle and leaking at top both at the clean water tank and unfiltered tank so I guess it was time for a new unit

I really enjoyed the water
I really enjoyed the water. The taste was great and Cutomer Support was exceptional. I'm not giving more stars because the water filter kept leaking, it was replaced and still leaking. I did return it all together.

The filters seem clogged and water trickle slow
The filters seem clogged bc the water trickle is low but also sometimes the bottom component "pressurizes" and when inserting a new full water tank it does not depress and i have to use my finger to manually depress it so the tank can fall in place.. I think its the filters
