Straightforward and helpful
We are a community-based organisation (so a business user) who have an existing water retailer who have proved incompetent. The comparison process with AquaSwitch went as expected (certainly hoped anyway as they are a new business) and the quotes arrived quickly. After we accepted one, AquaSwitch efficiently provided links to the e-Sign documents which were straightforward, and within two days, we were signed up with a new retailer with better rates.
In case you also are a community-based organisation, one anomaly came up with the retailer (Water Plus). They apparently did not have a ticky-box for AquaSwitch to use for our category of business and they defaulted to Sole Trader which was legally incorrect. It took a couple of emails and one phone call to rectify, and Louise at AquaSwitch did everything she could (and succeeded) in rectifying the anomaly with the retailer. Thanks.
