The saline pick up float valve in my old Kinetico needed replacing. Their site was helpful, explaining that a version with an adapter was required for early models which they stocked. Received the part promptly and it works perfectly.

The guys and girls at Aquastream have been absolutely brilliant. I initially spoke with them regarding a faulty Kinetico twin tank water softener that I have owned for over a decade and which was initially purchased on eBay. Their responses to emails were quick and always contained good information and advice. However my attempt to fix it failed so I drove to their offices near Cambridge (and I was happy to do so) to take my water softener to them for repair. Easily the best service I have received from companies involved in the water softener business and I will now use them always. A BIG thank you to the team at Aquastream for all your help and advice.

I've been ordering the Kinetico K5 K2 and KRO plus filter cartridge sets for over 10 years through this company. Earlier this year, one of the cartridges had a manufacturers fault and the manner in which Aquastream handled the issue was impressive. Excellent customer experience and competitive prices. I had my Kinetico water softener installed by Aquastream two weeks. I am delighted with installation and results. Cambridge Trumpington water was a real shock when I moved from Cheshire. Water softener has certainly removed staining and water seems much cleaner. Results are exactly what I wanted. I had an old water softener which worked only on the hot water side replaced by Aquastream which softens both hot and cold. Steve and Lee turned up on time and on the day appointed. They did an very good job, removed the old softener and left the area neat and tidy afterwards. I notice the difference and am very pleased with the result.

Following an injury, I needed to find packets of water softener that were smaller than the norm. These are not easy to find but Aquastream had stock. They were really helpful in confirming availability and the subsequent order and delivery process was v efficient. Top marks!

The Omnipure water filter was a direct replacement for the filter supplied and fitted by Harvey Water Softeners and was exactly the same. The price from Aquastream was 30% less - fast delivery and extremely easy to fit.

Water softener was efficiently fitted and existing pipework under the sink was tidied up. A shelf was fitted into the unoccupied half of the water softener cupboard to maximise the storage space in the cupboard.
Within a few days we were really noticing the befits of our new water softener.

My Kinetico supplied by others some years ago was not regenerating and with the useful advice given to me by Aquastream I was able to identify the part which would require replacing.

The part arrived a couple of days later and with their advice and watching some videos on youtube, I was able to change the part out and save myself over £100 call out charge from my local company.

We recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis unit fitted due our water being very hard. Stephen and Lee arrived promptly on the day agreed, laid down dust sheets and carried out the installation in a careful and professional way. On completion we were informed of everything we needed to know in detail. They explained everything they were doing along the way giving all the time necessary.
