Great; ordered online and 10 bags were delivered to the doorstep a couple of days later.
I chose the Brose salt tablets and they've proved to be clean and durable even when the bag is opened. Great!

I ordered filters for my Kinetico drinking water system.
The filters were dispatched correctly and promptly.
I had ordered the filters early before they needed replacement. When the time came to replace them I disturbed one of the push fit connectors on the manifold resulting in water weeping from it.
I contacted Aquastream for advice. Stephen was extremely helpful and answered emails very quickly.
He sent me a replacement O-ring along with instructions which worked very well.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from Aquastream softeners in the future.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong water filter cartridge and they noticed it was different from my previous order and checked I had ordered the right one! I was able to change my order to the correct water filter cartridge and even received a refund for the difference. Very happy customer.

Good survey followed up by detailed quote. Good communication leading up to the installation. Lee and Stephen arrived on the install date to ensure everything was ok. Lee undertook the installation which was done very competently and neatly. Really impressed with the installation and the quality of the water softener. I can highly recommend this company. The soft water is amazing and we should have done this years ago as we live in a very hard water area.

I recently needed to replace a Billi water filter. I ordered a low cost filter from another company. They charged me for the filter when I placed the order. Almost four weeks later and a number of interactions I finally cancelled the order when it was clear they were not going to honor it. I got my money back. In contrast, I ordered a replacement filter with Aquastream on a Thursday and received it the following Monday. Brilliant service and not much more expensive. I highly recommend Aquastream.
