Deliveries to long, must improve

Had issues with the payment for the items, it took 4 attempts due apparently to my address being an apartment. However the staff were very helpful in resolving the problem.
This should be looked into to allow easier payment.

Good and reliable service. Engineer was prompt and efficient. Last softener lasted for 21years before replacement, with good check-ups from Aquasoft.
Maybe it would be helpful to include in the Info pack left with the machine, an address for further supplies of the tablets for testing the water.

Fairly prompt service and the engineer who came round to service the softener and fix the leak and replace the filter for me did a very good job.

I've been buying salt from Aquasoft for years and when my Harvey softener needed replacing after 19 years they gave me a far better service than Harvey's. Highly recommended for both salt and softeners.

Christina, Tristan and Adam were amazing. Provided a great service and were so kind to squeeze me in with such short notice for an installation before my wedding to help me with my eczema. Very knowledgable, very friendly people, great service all around. Would recommend to anyone who wanted a water softener!

Tristan really is top of his game and so knowledgable. He is the only company that can provide all three well known makes and really takes time to make sure you have the best fit for your usage and property. Works out best options (and he has several) for you financially too! Lovely guy, can’t recommend him highly enough!
