BE AWARE!!!. Today, Aug. 13th I had an unacceptable and deeply offensive interaction with one of the Go-Adaptive Pest Control company’s employees who attempted to sell me their products/services.
When I declined the offer and refused to further provide my private details, the employee became verbally abusive—calling me derogatory names and making political and racial slurs, including highly offensive language. Such conduct is intolerable, unprofessional, and damaging to your company’s reputation.
On top of this unacceptable behavior, the employee caused physical damage to my property by destroying my drain with his Segway. This adds an additional layer of seriousness to the incident, as it involves not only verbal misconduct but also tangible harm to my home.
We cannot, and will not, work with any company whose representatives insult, demean, or racially target potential customers—and now, also damage private property. I have called and wrote the company but ir seems that THE COMPANY GIVES A DAMN!

Missed appointments in May
Missed appointments in May. I called customer service and mentioned that 'Voles" are eating my grass roots and bring Voles treatment. The tech said they are out of stock on that item. No follow up call or update to say when that treatment would be completed. I do not want to wait until all lawn is destroyed.

NO CONTROL
Their products do not work! We have the same amount of ants, mosquitoes, gnats, spiders, palmetto bugs, etc. Had tech come 2X within 3 weeks and no difference.

Anthony was great
Anthony was great. He addressed all of our issues and was very respectful. He even noticed a couple wasps nest that were missed during the prior visit. He is an asset to your business and he can treat our property anytime.

Always asks if I have any special needs. Sprays for wasp and knock down nests. Sprays for bugs outside and inside if needed. Puts down granules for ants. Always gives me an update of what services were preformed. Always lets me when when they will be arriving

Not consistent
The people you sent to do the job are not consistent. Only a few do the complete job. Most do as little as possible. My last treatment needed to be done again in a couple of weeks. I had fire ants all over outside and other bugs. Ezequias is the best one. He does everything he is suppose to. I wish I had him all the time. You should have him train all the rest. I have been using this service for 3 or 4 years and now I'm going to have to follow the people around to make sure they do the job correctly or hire a different company in the future.
