If I could give zero starts I would! They dont have items instock that their website lists as instock. Delays, delays, delays.
I'm hoping they refund my credit card as I've cancelled my order.

I placed my order on the 12 of January and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. I was so amazed at how quickly it arrived. I received courteous help when I called to place my order and ask questions. I ended up placing the order myself online. I have no issues with this company. Because Of my positive experience I would recommend them. Also, what drew me to them was that they had the part for $20.00 less than other sites I visited. I have no negative experience. DONT BUY ANYTHING! SCAMMER WEBSITE! 100% FRAUD!

I'll NEVER do business with them again. It cost me $75 in restocking & return shipping fees to return a mistakenly ordered $175 part. The Return Authorization process required photos of the uninstalled part, photos of the shipping label addressed to me on the box used to ship the part to me, return shipping in that original box AND a reminder to them that I fulfilled all of their numerous Return Requirements & I was eligible for what net refund they were willing to share. That type of return experience isn't what ecommerce was built on.

Ordered a part a month ago it was supposed to be delivered within 4 days. Still waiting... DO NOT USE THEM

Terrible company first they sent me an oven burner instead of a refrigerator drawer, then I have to wait another month only to receive the wrong drawer, I sent it back having to pay $50 for shipping and I still don’t have my refund the business is a complete scam! Stay away from this company.

Lies and scams. Ordered dishwasher motor which did not come within stated time frame. email support said awaiting factory. customer service said being shipped. week later still nothing. hope i get my money back. so frustrated

Finding the right part for my coffee grinder was surprisingly easy with these folks. They nailed the match without any back-and-forth, shipped it fast, and the part fit perfectly. Grinder’s back in action, and I didn’t feel ripped off. Solid service all around.

This business is a fraud, do not buy from them. I ordered on 9/22/2025 four shocks absorber for a Samsung Washer Machine, the webpage shows the parts available and ready to ship from 2 to 5 business day. A day after, I requested a status of my order and they responded back with a back order status date of 10/16/2025. These irresponsible individuals are definitely knowingly offering what they don't have available to attract customers. This business needs to be shut down.

They advertise items as "In Stock" when they are not. Then they keep advising you that they will have the parts in a few days but they just keep putting off the date. Even after you tell them that their website continues to show something in stock when it isn't, they don't correct the site. I believe they are a scam operation who makes interest on your money while they wait for you to cancel the order. Avoid them!

Company advertising parts as in stock online when they are not.. then come back and tell you they don't know when they are coming back in. Asked for refund 3 times still waiting..
