Customer service was excellent to work with for our replacement parts. We were able to identify the part we needed, get expedited shipping and repair the unit quickly. It's not often you have a company that works this hard to help with parts. I would highly recommend Appliance Part 4 All to anyone looking for parts.

Spent $497 for an outer tub for an LG washer.
Received it in about a week, it was damaged, ( not repairable or usable) called, and emailed. Sent pictures they requested and now they are telling me I have to wait that they put a claim in to the shipper. What does that have to do with me? Very poor service I definitely do not recommendthem for parts. What they should have done was sent out a new tin on the next thing leaving the building. I paid the money for the order, they still have the money. I didn't get what I ordered. I wanted a new undamaged part. That didn't happen. At this point it's like they are putting me on the hook for this.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING PARTS FROM THEM. POOR POLICY REGARDING DAMAGED PARTS.

Part was packaged properly, arrived on time and fit perfectly. Many times younoder parts now and they are wrong, nice to get what you need

Had a fair price on the replacement part plus they offered a fair price for next-day delivery. Most importantly, they delivered exactly as promised. Website says they ship orders same day if placed before 4pm, I ordered at 3pm and got an email around 4:30 saying it was shipped. It was delivered to me around 1pm the next day.

Received pump in a couple of days. Unfortunately transport company damaged in transit.
Contents could have used better protection inside of the box.

This was the only company that offered a 1 year warranty on a new ice maker for our Maytag refrigerator. I had a question before I purchased and it was answered so quickly! Fast shipping, part arrived in perfect condition and was an easy install. Most importantly-it works wonderfully!

I ordered a LG air conditioner remote, paid through PayPal and never heard from and didn’t receive the remote!

Second order and all went smooth. Customer service is attentive and try to help as best as possible.

If I could give no stars I would. They sent me the wrong part after validating with their website and confirming correct. After paying 36 dollars for 2 day shipping which took a full week to arrive, I had to pay for return shipping and a 12% restock fee after it takes them 7-10 days to verify receipt of a part unopened. As other reviewers have noted, a very poor return policy, and very poor customer service. I would spend my money at more reputable sellers, this place is a boarder-line scam opperation

The racks for my fridgidaire dishwasher were rusting out. Appliance Parts 4 All had the replacements I needed at a great price. I ordered on Labor Day and had them Wednesday morning. Well Done!

Website is easy to navigate. Item arrived quickly and was packaged well. No damage to the box at all during transport by delivery service. Item was exactly as described.

I paid $82 for an LG range rotary switch part EBF62174906, expecting a genuine OEM replacement, and just a little over a year later it completely failed. The burner would not turn off properly, creating a serious safety hazard that could burn food or even start a house fire. The company would not offer any discount or support afterward. I would never buy anything from this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Best price on the Internet! Many companies carried this part, but Appliance parts 4 all had the best Price, shipping was incredibly fast, and a representative called me prior to shipping to verify the difference between shipping/billing address. Much appreciated! This is the only site I will use for parts from now on.
