Beware this company!!
Horrible experience with this company and Raj specifically. I placed an order on March 16. After a week of no communication, I reached out asking for an order update. Raj promised he was contacting the "warehouse team" and I would have a shipping confirmation the next day. Surprise ... I never received a confirmation. This repeated three more times. After about three weeks of no movement, I requested a cancellation, which Raj promised I'd have within 24 hours. It's been a week, and no cancellation has been issued. Raj has my money, and I have received no appliances.
Highly shonky operator

The real agency sent the 'Appliance Guys' to fix a malfunctioning dishwasher in the apartment we rented.
The guy (with an asphyxiating body odour) came to my rented apartment and wasted no time saying the dishwasher was functioning ok and may have temporarily malfunctioned because of the use of a dishwashing powder and not tablet.
When I pointed out that I used Bosch recommended 'FInish' brand dishwashing powder, which I have been using for 33 years in my own home, he dismissed what I said and promptly reported to the rental agency that I misused the machine by using a dishwashing powder - despite knowing fully well Bosch recommends it.
The real estate promptly writes back to me to foot the call out fee - accusing me of mis-use.
This is a scam. Customers please beware of calling such people
SCAM - do not buy
SCAM - bought a wine fridge. We chased about delivery scheduling, they were initially responsive but then ghosted us. Have had to file dispute with credit card company.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Placed an order for a large appliance eight weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I have called and written many times and still nothing.
Just middlemen -- no stock of their own
Please avoid doing business with this company that doubles as Recreation Outfitters.com as well. They are just "middle men" -- They have no stock or inventory of their own. They take your money then source the item from another 3rd party. And it takes forever!
Applianceguys.com is a fraud. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
Order a bev center on Oct 3rd. Hadn't heard anything from them in 3 weeks. Emailed customer service twice with no response. Went online to chat and no response. Called this morning and got a dude who apparently is the one and only customer service guy. As he saw my email and apologized for not responding because he was out of office on Tues, Wed and Thurs. Also saw my chat and he apologized for not responding to that. I asked where my order was and he had no idea. Said he would have to check into it. WTF!!! So I said Cancel my order and refund my money. He said that would take 3-5 days! And he needed written confirmation. I kept him on the phone and sent an email and he confirmed receipt. I asked for written confirmation of my money being refunded. Kept saying that will take 3-5 days. And stonewalled every other specific question I had. This business is a complete fraud. Would NOT order anything from them or do business with them at all. Now reporting them to AMEX as a fraudulent business.
Terrible
Terrible! The Appliance Guys recently installed a dishwasher for us, and it was not correctly anchored in the cavity and it rocks back and forth by 5cm when opened. When they were approached to repair it they refused to guarantee that the repair - or to be more accurate correcting a dodgy installation job - would be free of charge as "it may not come under the manufacturers warranty". The problem clearly isn't with the dishwasher, it's with the people who installed it. The dishwasher has been used four times. Either buy from someone else or don't let them install it.
They have what you need.
They were very helpful and had just the part I needed. Shipping took a bit long, but it showed up well shipped. The equipment worked perfectly in our attic. Thanks Appliance Guys!
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING
I spent nearly $760 on an electric fireplace and what can I say this thing is basically LED lights with minimal heating to the point that my oven does a better job at warming the house.
Even if you stand next to this thing you can't feel much, however they refuse to refund, even though I received this 2 weeks back or so.
They suggested they can refund, minus 20% for a restocking fee, and wanted me to be thankful about their so called customer service so I have gone ahead and reported them to Fair Trading.
Misleading Stock Info & Poor Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Appliance Guys in Edmonds. I was told that a specific unit was in stock and available, which was critical for a new tenant move-in. After waiting several days with no update, I called back—only to find out the item was actually on backorder with no ETA. This misinformation caused serious delays, frustration for my tenant, and forced us to cancel the order and buy elsewhere. The company offered only a full refund—no apology, no concession, no accountability for the inconvenience caused. Communication was poor, and I would not recommend this business to anyone relying on timely, accurate service.
Excellent Customer Service
Appliance Guys had the exact item I needed (which was very difficult to locate elsewhere!) and they really went above and beyond to make sure I got my appliance and to ensure that it was received in good condition. Definitely recommend!
Excellent!
Though the item ordered was a bit damaged in transit and returned, the company refunded the money promptly. Most importantly, the company contact I dealt with (Mr. Raj?) was outstanding, perfect, caring, and perfect in attending to my needs to take immediate action and kept abreast of the situation through emails and phone calls. He is a tremendous asset to Appliance Guys.
These guys are bait-and-switch artists…
These guys are bait-and-switch artists who quote one price online and then claim it was "in error" and try to upcharge you hundreds of dollars. Such a transparently scummy way to do business. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them.
Best experience ever with a technician
Best experience ever with a technician! Best customer service! Chuck came out to service my Kitchen Aid range within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and was able to get my oven and range working all but one burner. Ordered part and returned to replace a week later. Fully repaired by 8 am! Worth their weight in gold! Highly recommend!
Raj was a tremendous help

Bait and Switch - Dishonest vendor
When I purchased a hood, it showed in stock and would ship within four days. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing from the company, I inquired about the status of my order. A week later, I was told it would ship the following week. After almost two months of inquiring for updates, I finally got an email telling me that there was a mistake in the shipping they charged me, and they sent me an additional invoice to pay. Absolute crooks.
