I place an order for a new ipad + attributes. Instead of delivering the order in one go, as requested, I get three delivery orders at the pick-up point. I wants to pick up the first 2 deliveries, and I notice that 1 of the 2 packages is missing: solution pick-up point from Apple: 'sorry we can't help you figure it out' The third and most expensive package the new ipad is yet to arrive. But it doesn't look so good. So i take contact with Apple support: explain the problem, and I'll be answered in a friendly way, but the solution will take a while. Same day mail from Apple with the same questions, and a request of the proof of receipt??? I didn't sign an acknowledgement of receipt!!! I’ did not receive my goods!
To update my review, finally Apple took the actions needed to deliver my iPad at home. So it took me some effort and time on the phone but with good result.
