Shame on you Apple Cash( Apple Wallet)
I see why Apple Cash(the whole Apple Network) has very bad reviews. I just experienced one myself and will slowly move away from using Apple Products. Yesterday, I sent money to be pick up and my ride never showed up. So today I call Apple to dispute the charge and was told that I can not get my money back. Why? Why not? So that Apple can keep there fee for what they charge for using there services( which is already over price).!STOP using Apple Product land trust me you will save more during these trying times. Tell you what I experienced and not what I heard!!!

Misleading advice from staff at Apple…
Misleading advice from staff at Apple Opéra led me to buy an incompatible Apple Pencil Pro for my iPad Pro (5th generation).
Now Apple UK says the only solution is to travel back to Paris.
After 20+ years as an Apple customer, this is extremely disappointing customer service.
@AppleSupport @TimCook
Consultants displaying Nazi and racist attitudes
I would like to report a very negative experience I had with your customer support team.
During my recent interaction, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from the support representative. There appeared to be a serious lack of English proficiency, which made communication very difficult and led to a complete misunderstanding of my situation.
In addition, the tone and remarks during the conversation were inappropriate and offensive. I perceived certain comments as mockery, and some of them could be interpreted as discriminatory. This is absolutely unacceptable in a professional support environment.
I strongly request that you review the recordings of this conversation and investigate the conduct of the support agent involved. Customer support should treat users with respect, professionalism, and neutrality regardless of the situation.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
Perfect
People forget we are here to give our opinion about our order on the website.
So, it was perfect. The trade-in was on point and my new phone came one day earlier.
Planned Obsolescence
After updating to iPadOS 26.2, my recent iPad has become almost unusable.
The system is slow, laggy, unresponsive, and basic tasks now feel painful.
This is not “innovation”. This feels like forced obsolescence.
A software update should improve a device — not destroy it.
I’ve made my decision: I’m done with Apple.
My next tablets and smartphones will be Samsung.
If a recent iPad can be practically ruined by a single update, then this ecosystem is not trustworthy anymore.
This situation is unacceptable, and honestly it feels like something that should be legally questioned, because users are being forced to replace perfectly good devices after software updates.
Apple has lost me as a customer.
I bought a broken app on the App Store…
I bought a broken app on the App Store which obviously I only used a few minutes I asked them for a refund 3 times a wasted so much time because they don't even know their own procedures.
It's the second time it happens, I've only used the two apps I had an issue with a few minutes.
They also remove negative reviews automatically.
The customer service is horrible and probably one of the worst at scale,
Almost all of my calls do not end up on any solution and on the contrary since they become an additional source of frustration.
Support agents do not listen, do not follow the files, do not adapt to clients and do not anticipate anything.
On my calls throughout 2025 and the beginning of this year 2026, I was:
- hanged up on repeatedly
- Abandoned by supervisors and their promises
- Insulted and disrespected on many occasions
Best device i have ever used

I bought an iPhone 16 with a silicon case in an Apple Store in March. Today that case after 6 months is unusable. Apple don’t care
N’achetez jamais cet ordinateur
I strongly advise against buying the MacBook Air M2 2022.
As a student, I invested €1200 of my own money in this laptop just a year and a half ago, trusting Apple as a reliable brand. Unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment.
After only 2 months, the speakers started crackling.
A few months later, an LED on the screen broke just from closing the laptop normally, even though it was simply used on my desk.
Now, the laptop is completely unusable: the keyboard lights up, but the screen stays black. I couldn’t back up my data, even when trying to connect an external monitor.
The worst part? Apple told me it would cost €650 to repair the screen, for a product that’s only 18 months old.
For a supposedly high-end, durable laptop, this is unacceptable. I am left with a broken device, massive repair costs, and no adequate solution from Apple.
I strongly discourage anyone from buying this model and deeply regret my purchase.
Apple Sells Defective Products and Then Charges You to Fix Them
My MacBook Pro is still under warranty, and I even subscribed to AppleCare+. Just a few days after buying it, I noticed an insect moving behind the screen which clearly points to a manufacturing defect.
I contacted Apple support multiple times, got transferred around endlessly, and nobody was able to repair my screen immediately. To make matters worse, despite this being a factory defect and despite paying extra for AppleCare+ they are asking me to pay a €280 fee.
The technical support over the phone was useless, and when I finally managed to speak with a manager, she turned out to be even more powerless and unhelpful.
In short: Apple sells defective products, promotes AppleCare+ as “peace of mind in case of issues,” but when something actually happens, they send you in circles from one service to another, and then demand €280 to fix their own mistake.
Extremely disappointed with this service. If I could give zero stars, I would it’s honestly shameful. Apple is the most profitable brand in the world, yet refuses to take responsibility for a defective MacBook Pro that costs a fortune and should never have left the factory in this condition.
Don’t buy AppleCare+ and before buying any Apple product, read other customers’ reviews carefully the “premium experience” they advertise is nothing but a marketing illusion.
My iphone was stolen
My iphone was stolen. Ok you can locate and block it using the facility on the Apple website, but it does not want to recognise my password. I then go through the process of changing the password but no, it wants to send a code to my phone!!!Really useful to the person who stole it! I then follow the procedure of account recovery...we will help you within 24 hours. 24 hours later I receive an email saying that I have to wait another 3 days. Excuse me, but the phone will never be located or blocked after that time, and who knows what will happen to any information on my Apple account.
This is the first time I have bought an Apple product. It will be the last
Horrible company
Horrible company. They never reply, even to registered letters. If you live in Monaco, have purchased a Mac there and want to upgrade it's IMPOSSIBLE. They do not even mention "Monaco" in their list of countries! Avoid this horrible, arrogant US company and buy Chinese !
Privacy & Encryption Trashed by Apple & UK Government
Its so outrageous and against all privacy laws that the UK government has won a battle with Apple in the UK courts to access Apple customers data which is stored on icloud - Yes that means photos, contacts, passwords etc, etc.
Crazy.... if the UK government has access to this data, so do hackers, russians, chinese etc.
Passwords for banking, crypto all at risk in UK.
Sad to say, i am saying goodbye to Apple products and the UK where there is no freedom of speech. Clearly the apple is rotten and it has fallen off the tree.
Apple should just leave the UK market in boycott, sooner or later they will see sales decline next year and will be caught with their tail between the legs and leave the UK market in embarrassment. Do the honourable thing and leave. You have sold out without caring for your customers. Your choice should have been no investment in UK.
I hope TRUMP puts as many tariffs on the UK in retaliation.
Please do not go near anything apple
Please do not go near anything apple. I signed up for their apple tv free trial and they defrauded my card for money claiming i had made in-app purchases, i dont even own anything apple related so it is absolute horse manure. They say that i should go through my bank for refund. Which will affect my credit score. Stay away from this dodgy company and their "free" trials!!
Unreliable and disappointing
After all the waiting and searching I received my order from Apple. My delivery was lost at first and I had to call many times to UPS and Apple. I also went to ask delivery pick up point about 5-6 times for my new iphone. When I called Apple they promised 10% compensation for it if I call after I finally received the delivery. When I called they offered me some cheap product first and when I refused they promised a tiny compensation compared to 10%. I guess it’s not going stong with Apple now. They don’t keep promises. Their reputation does not matter. I am very disappointed.
M1 Macbook pro right speaker distorting a bit... no worries it will only cost you 668 Euro!
I have since a month a problem with my right speaker on my lovely macbook M1 pro 14" 2nd generation, late 2021. Easy problem, and I JUST want to replace the speaker, or of course the 2 speakers if it is needed. Not to buy a new machine!
I checked the problem, the home solution possible, and the price of the speaker sold online on Amazon France, before making an appointment at the Apple Store. So yes, I found them from a sub company for 25 euros the pair, but I though thatit would definitely be smarter to let a pro do it and use legit parts for this M1 model. Apple oooooh Apple...
I won't tell you much about the time I spent in the store full of "Apple people" seller mostly, waiting for my turn. The usual. Kind and smiling all around. Very "cool"...
So that's it, it's verified, and yes it's my right speaker which saturates, when strong bass comes through. Thank you! Riggggght, I came for this! Pleeease change it!
Then the guy told me that it was not possible (?????) to change ONLY the speakers because it is "Fixed" on this, and this is fixed on that, and blah blah blah.... .... so here is the detail price it will cost to change and repair the problem: 668 Euros! What??? "- How come the speakers can't be changed only?"
“- But you knowwww, blah blah blah…”
On the way home, thinking so much about their "methods" to get people to buy new, instead of paying a "little" amount of money for repairs (so green futur...) ...
Their methods?during the 40 minutes there , I heard how they deal with most customers around me, old dad with daughter, mister "i don't understand", and so on, who don't know much about those technologies , and all these terms that these "specialists" use, and me there, being a sound engineer, user of Apple products for more than 25 years, and opening them to change the fan, batteries or trackpad if necessary on older models before ARM, tours or laptops, if necessary. Little bit pushy, even pretty convincing to get new stuff instead of repairing easy pizzy.
...So, back home, I googled how to change any part of the ARM Mac, and found out that the speakers don't need much to be replaced, and is not part of a set which MUST be changed for "only" 668 euros. So, APPLE people? What is this?
Only a small distortion on my right speaker...
I love that the guy at the end was telling me that "yes, it's a market!"
"Apple?" i asked,
"No sir, the non-legit products is a market!"... hu hum.
Okayyyyyyyyyy...
I wonder why! Tell me now: if his tech guy on the youtube video i foundcan remove the speakers the way he did, and if pieces can be bought on line, WHY APPLE CANNOT DO IT FOR ME?
I'll still use Apple cause they are till now the most reliable on the market to me. But this first time in an Apple store, might became most probably my last one.
(and i was as the guy in the next comment quiet amazed on the fact that i found 2 persons for who i had to translate between the sellers and client, as the apple people did not speak English!!! Seriously guy, nowadays, working for APPLE???
(UPDATE: 2 days later/ yep, it's repaired by one of the few shops in Paris that uses refurbished apple original pieces, speakers left / right, the repair tech fee > 120Euro)
Apple repair engineers, shame on you.
