It is not clear that you have to order the medication from THEIR pharmacy, which is super expensive.
I thought the prescription would be sent to me so I could use my insurance.
I did not get any refund.

Very easy and helpful, but the meds took 2 weeks to arrive.

The delivered was early which is a good thing. The package was so nice. I love the stickers. The direction for the medicine was inside n you can read it bc it was on a single paper. I love the bottoms color. It also have the direction on it. I would highly recommend this company. Today is my first day using medicine for my skin. I ll keep you posted.

Love this medication has tremendously helped me with my hormonal acne journey. It can be very frustrating when your skin is clear one day and the next it’s irritated. I took this medication about 2 years ago and within 2-3 weeks I could tell a drastic difference with less breakouts. This medication will get your end result within 3 months.

After a recent rosacea flare that spread to my eyes, my eye doctor recommended seeing a dermatologist. However, the one on my insurance was not available until December, and I could not wait that long. I took to searching for dermatologists on the web and found this website. I have tried all sorts of topical treatments with very little success and was interested in trying oral medication. I input the information requested and received a treatment plan pretty quickly.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the provider did not take my allergy list into account when she wrote my plan. I stated no azelaic acid (wheat-derivative and I am allergic to wheat) and no MetroGel (it dries my face out terribly). She prescribed both and told me there was nothing else that was available. However, the oral medication was available, and I bought that without buying the topical stuff. It's a shame I wasn't able to use my insurance for the cost, but it's a small price to pay for getting seen quicker.

I was so excited to receive the tretinoin. I opened the bottle and the pump doesn’t work. I had to open the bottle and try to get to it by banging the bottle on my hand until some came out. I banged the bottle on the cabinet to prime as suggested but it still doesn’t work. Very disappointed.
