This is my second order. Ordering was easy. Spoke with Joseph and extremely friendly and helpful. In a matter of minutes order was placed and arrived the next day.

Awesome customer service and discretion very detailed explanation of process and use of medications.I work in customer service my representative was knowledgeable and very detailed on this very personal inquiry about their services and treatments.Highly recommend!!!

If you need medicine quickly dont use them lol. I paid and site crashed and then i had to chase them to give me and they took the payment and i didn’t receive any confirmation about delivery. Total blank when if ever the med will come and I need to today.. I regret i picked them, please avoid.

Olympia Pharmacy locked me out of my account after I clicked a banner to “activate” their new Wesley Pharmaceuticals. No warning, no notice — just instant deactivation. I couldn’t place orders, had to cancel patients, and lost hundreds in revenue.

When I called, support admitted others were affected but said I wouldn’t regain access until Thursday. With their limited shipping hours, that means no products until Tuesday unless I pay an extra $65 for “Saturday delivery.” They offered nothing to make it right — no credit, no apology, nothing.

Their mistake disrupted patient care and damaged my business. For a medical supplier, that’s absolutely unacceptable.

Very responsive and helpful on all aspects of the process.

Olympia Pharmaceuticals provide my order within in less than 24 hours received order very next day just as they said. Product works as intended and I’ve already placed a refill and received it just as quick. Thank you.

Had some issues with shipper, Olympia went above and beyond to remedy these issues. Staff is readily available and always extremely helpful. As good as it gets.

Their Trimix products do not work. I was given 3 different prescriptions with the same effect. Each new prescription was supposed to be a "higher dosage" but had the same results with all 3. Tried to get it replaced, but was told I waited too long and was SOL.

Update.

After leaving this review, I was contacted by a manager and was offered a full refund and asked to ship back the unused portion of the product.

I've been an Olympia Pharma customer for two years. Their customer service staff is very attentive and efficient. Mike Tran and Joseph go above and beyond to make the purchasing experience quick and easy.

I rarely give 5 stars, But Matt helped me through the process of starting on trimix. The DR was quick to call, quick to provide the Rx to Olympia, and it shipped next day.

The product has changed my life. It works just like it's supposed to.

They are one of the few companies in the medical world that married speed and a very rigorous process from start to finish. Their online and telehealth process was easy to use. The people I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They listened to me, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Their online product and instruction videos and information were helpful and detailed.

Incredible customer service. Seamless ordering and Telemed consult process. Excellent quality products. 10/10 for specialty compounded medications, it didn’t get better than Olympia.

The process was easy and convenient. The formula was perfect as it works extremely well! Thank you. The only drawback was the information was not completely clear on the lack of inclusion of an auto-injector. Be sure to ask if your kit will include an auto-injector as all the support materials go over instructions for its usage.
