Apex Mortgage & Protection UK Ltd were absolute lifesavers at a critical stage of my mortgage renewal. I initially was a lifetime member of another mortgage broker but due to a lack of communication and interest to support me over the renewal period and during a turbulent economic climate, I contacted Lewis Papa over at Apex for help. I cannot thank Lewis enough for the advice and help moving my renewal forward as quickly as possible.

After explaining my current situation to Lewis, he quickly assigned my case to to Mortgage Advisor Kyle Nicholson. Right away, Kyle introduced himself and began helping to get my renewal over the line with the best deal.

Kyle was always keen to get things moving as quickly as possible, which sometimes included working out of normal business hours to ensure deadlines were met, which was really appreciated especially during a challenging market.

Kyle’s communication was fantastic throughout the whole process, updating me at key stages and constantly looking to better the rate when the opportunity arose. Kyle would always make himself available at any point throughout the day and his knowledge and experience of the market gave me great confidence and comfort that I was in the right hands.

I recently remortgaged as my fixed rate ended on 31/1/23. I contacted Rob Hannis at Apex to help find a new mortgage rate and product - I had used Rob in the past too. Excellent service from start to finish. Rob is extremely reactive to calls and emails and always gets straight back to you. He is patient explaining all the options and together we decided who to go with. The remortgage process was seamless and fast. Everything switched over the day my rate ended. Rob helped with the legal side too, recommending the best value conveyancers. The conveyancers had a digital online portal which was really efficient and easy to use with instant access to all documents and mortgage status. Highly recommend, thank you!
