Shocking company
Shocking company, scheduled my van for collection and was given a timed slot. the timed slot came and went withoiut any corresponance from the company, It took me over an hour to finally get through to customer services who basically didnt care. Told me to rebook another time slot avaliable but alas nothiong was free. dont bother with this company time and money spent just to get frustrated.

We recently used AnyVan for our house move and had such a great experience from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and handled everything with real care, which made a stressful day feel so much easier.
They worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure all our belongings were safely transported and placed exactly where we needed them. Communication was clear throughout, and they were friendly and respectful the entire time.
Moving house can be overwhelming, but AnyVan made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free moving service!

My experience with AnyVan was extremely disappointing.
The driver who arrived had no patience and was not willing to assist with moving the furniture out of the house. When we encountered a minor issue with getting the sofa through the door and requested just 5 minutes to adjust or dismantle it, the driver refused to wait and left immediately.
What’s more frustrating is that AnyVan still expects me to pay 50% of the fee to reschedule, along with an additional £15–£20 for nearby time slots—effectively doubling the cost. This is unreasonable, especially when local movers are more flexible, affordable, and willing to provide basic support like allowing a few minutes for adjustments.
The support team has also been unhelpful, repeatedly insisting on extra charges without addressing the actual issue.
Overall, very poor service and not recommended. I will 0 ratings

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please please avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute joke of a company that take your money without authorization, cancel jons at the last minute and you get stuck talking to an AI Robot on whatsapp. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your delivery transportation needs as this is not a delivery, removal or transportation company. They are a broker that have no interest in your needs or requirements. Promising you one minute letting you down the next. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with AnyVan was honestly one of the most stressful and disappointing services I have ever received.
I booked a move from Yorkshire to London after being drawn in by the competitive pricing, strong marketing. The booking process was straightforward and everything initially appeared professional. I received driver details, tracking updates, and regular communication, which gave me confidence that my move would go smoothly.
However, what I was NOT told at any stage during booking, within any documentation, or during conversations with customer services, was that my belongings would be transported on a multi-drop route around the country rather than directly to London.
I only discovered this because I had placed an Apple AirTag in my belongings. Instead of travelling directly to London, the van stopped in multiple locations including Melton Mowbray and Leicester before eventually making its way south. Even once the van arrived in London, it continued making several drop-offs around the city while I sat waiting all day for my furniture and appliances to arrive.
My belongings were collected around 11am and by early evening I was STILL waiting for delivery. Had I known this was not a direct service, I would never have booked it.
Unfortunately, things only got worse once the delivery team finally arrived.
The delivery team did not arrive until 8:12pm, slightly beyond the expected timeframe. By this point, they had clearly been on the road for an extended period and were understandably fatigued, which inevitably impacted the quality of the service upon arrival.
While I appreciate the efforts of the delivery team under what were clearly difficult circumstances, the outcome was entirely avoidable and reflects poor planning, insufficient resourcing, and a complete lack of transparency from the company.
It also raised genuine concerns about the working conditions of the staff, who appeared to be under significant pressure without the appropriate support, manpower, or equipment required to safely complete a job of this scale.
To be absolutely clear, this is NOT about gender and I am not suggesting women cannot work in removals or deliveries. However, in this specific situation, given the sheer size and weight of the furniture and appliances being carried, the job clearly required a larger and better-equipped team.
As a result:
- My flooring was damaged
- Furniture was damaged
- Appliances were damaged
- The team also appeared to lack the proper tools needed to complete the move safely and efficiently
The entire experience was chaotic, stressful, and completely misleading from start to finish.
What frustrates me most is the lack of transparency. Customers should be clearly informed if their belongings are going to spend the day travelling around the UK on a multi-drop service instead of being transported directly to their destination.
I trusted this company for the first time and genuinely regret doing so. I had originally intended to use them again for a storage removal, but after this experience they will never receive another penny from me.
My advice: if you want a direct, professional, and carefully handled removal service, make sure you get EVERYTHING confirmed in writing — or consider using another provider entirely.
