The tire did not arrive at the destination, and when I tried to contact this website to find out where my order was, I couldn’t get a clear answer. I only received AI assistant replies and no useful information.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, no phone, no real human support, only AI. Stay away from this scam! After 3 business days (tiers fully paid), they don't know when tiers will be handed over to the courier for delivery :)
