On behalf of the company I talked to a number of providers and found AnswerConnect to be way ahead in terms of personal service - and most importantly in understanding exactly what we needed. Since our contract began everything has worked superbly. I personally like the option to rapidly change the caller's script if needed. Top marks.

I love Answer Connect. We use them for both our UK and USA sites. The call quality is amazing as they only use people who are fluent in the language.

Very happy with AnswerConnect. They took time to understand our business and to understand the role we wanted them to play in helping take customer enquiries when there is nobody in our office. We've been working with them for a month now and its working very well. We receive information in an easy to understand format and the leads from calls received are easy for us to follow up. The charging structure is flexible and very fair too.
