As a domiciliary care provider we found AnswerConnect to be an excellent service for us. It is very simple to setup and use. It is good to know that our clients always hear a professional person on the end of the line and not a recorded message. The support staff are extremely responsive when any changes are requested. Emails are responded to extremely promptly. Account staff are easy to contact and personable. I would definitely recommend AnswerConnect without hesitation. One of the few services that really is as easy and flexible as it says it is.

We have used answer services before but Answer Connect are another level.
Quick to answer every time (unlike some), friendly and efficient to the end. The cherry on the top for us was call transfer back to our staff if required meaning the service felt like an extension to our business, not just a 3rd party call answer service!

Andy and his team were always on hand to resolve issues and make changes to our arrangement. They even call to tell you when you are not using the service enough for the plan you are on and encourage you to go down to a cheaper option. Roll over minutes are a thing too. Good valu, great service if and when you need such a thing.
