Despite proof of posting and delivery and numerous emails to CS (who stopped responding after 2) have still not had refund of almost £200. Untrustworthy company.

He was brilliant and set my mind at ease in making sure I was making the right choices in getting my life insurance policy. It was an easy conversation with good knowledge of what I'm signing up for. Spoke to Jordan D who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've spent so much time complete forms and speaking to insurance providers all of which have been a huge waste of time. Jordan quickly found a provider that would accept me. Made everything easy to understand and completed the forms on my behalf. It was a complete dream and now I'm insured. Been putting life insurance off for a while but finally decided to go with Anorak because of the fantastic conversation I had with Jordan Durnell.
His outstanding patience is one to commend. Took his time to listen and found the right policy for me. Unlike most policy salespeople, he was the opposite of aggressive. Instead of pressing on me to buy more, he was genuinely more concerned about me getting the right policy for my situation...and we talked a lot of gaming 😂.
