Have to call to get this added for an additional £5. Except they then want to add £3.95 admin fee

Has to be the worst logging in system ive ever experienced, so frustrating, even after re setting my password it won't accept me, someone from IT was meant to call me but never, so thats why I gave 1 star

Had to change card details and ended up being charged twice, with old card details and with new ones. Sorted quickly when the mistake was pointed out but should never have happened

I emailed 9 days before renewal date to cancel and get the money came up and my policy was not cancelled!
