GREAT UNTIL YOU TRY TO CLAIM
I have been a loyal customer with this company for many many years now, they were always professional and the renewal process was always quick and easy and offered great value.
That is until you need to make a claim!!
You then find out that they sub out the claim handling to a third party who deals with your claim directly.(I missed the small print)
In August 2025 I was hospitalised for a week and couldn't go on my holiday due to depart the following day.
Once I got out of hospital I started the claims process using the information on ATI's website.
Unfortunately for me I had missed the email saying that they no longer use Reactive claims handlers but Gallagher Bassett.
My claim straddled this transition and unfortunately all my information was posted in error to reactive claims as a result.
When I realised this I then tried to get my claim information back, which included the £80 doctors letter back from Reactive.
They completely ignored all my e mails and didn't return my information.
I then contacted ATI.com and they weren't able to give me any help whatsoever.
Despite being a "loyal customer "for years.
I then sent a full photocopy of my claim file to Gallagher Bassett after starting a new claim with them.
Gallagher Bassett proved to be similarly inept at dealing with my claim.
Having sent a full file of photocopied information of my claim, different people have repeatedly contacted me every few weeks asking for the same information that I have previously submitted.
This claim has been going on now since August 2025 and I'm still no nearer to having my claim settled.
So BE AWARE ATI.COM doesn't handle your claims they farm it out to Gallagher Bassett.
If you look up Gallagher Bassett reviews they are less than complimentary.
We are now looking for an annual travel insurance company who actually deal with their own claims as a result of this ordeal.

The phone number to call is not recognised and I just wanted to ask for paper documents. Not satisfactory not to check telephone numbers given out to customers.

Disappointed ex custome.
Have sent 3 emails requesting a copy of a policy I purchased for 23/24 which I can no longer connect to through the portal, not a single reply let alone an acknowledgement. Having used them for 10 years very disappointing service. Only stopped using them due to age.
