Ankercubic 

As I've mentioned my washer was dud. Electrical issue. To dangerous to use!! I've tried at least 20 emails to contact won't send returns address to send back. I'm struggling to understand how this firm gets any positive reviews!! As I can see I'm not the only one.
So I've given up 138 quid lost!!
I just hope that no one else goes through this. Crooked firm!!

Same issues as others took my money but no appliance arrived. Chased for 3 weeks and got various excuses.
Am now trying to get refund but not holding my breath.
Have spoken to credit card Company and they have agreed to help reclaim money so may be a way forward for others in my situation.

This little pressure washer is pretty good! It's not super fast, but it was powerful enough to clean the concrete ramp to my shed.

Terrinle company, I ordered a Ankercubic power washer, It said when I ordered the power washer but it was never being despatched as they had no stock, after contacting them by email they said it was a busy period and was expecting some stock to be received the following week, they then start working through the orders that have been placed first no idea still when my power washer would be delivered? I then asked to cancel my order as it was required urgently. They then said they would charge me 15% for cancellation monitoring fee. I emailed them saying this was terrible as they had taken my money and had no stock at this time. I have now received my refund with the 15% money taken by Ankercubic. Terrible company.

Put one star because can't do zero! As others; incompetent scam merchants. What a horrific experience. After the initial purchase confirmation I contacted them for further information. This is obviously a company from abroad. The vague response was of no help. After nearly two weeks I heard nothing and didn't receive the item. I asked for tracking information but the question wasn’t answered. I then receive an email stating there was a problem and it was hopefully going to be dispatched the following week and they would give me an 8% reduction.
I was not confident with the response from this company so asked for a refund. I was told there would be a 15% charge for ‘monitoring costs’. This is unacceptable and I will check if its legal. The website showed 6 in stock and when I checked last also said 6.
This item was never despatched so the 15% charge was for nothing. I ill continue to pursue this.
I have since seen a lot of negative reports about this company and product. Pity I didn't see these before!

this company's marketing agenda cannot be trusted. they give the impression it is a UK co but is based in China. It appears from correspondence they are just a middle-man as there are stock issues causing delays.

In future when buying from any company thats "unknown" always check on Trustpilot!

Item was in stock when I ordered it. It’s didn’t arrive and they kept telling me to hang on. After four automated replies I asked for a refund within the 14 day cooling off period. Eventually they refund my money minus 15% for logistics. As the item hadn’t been shipped this is a joke.

Absolutely rubbish company and product.
The trigger and hose on the jet washer didn’t connect properly so I contacted Mateo, the so called Sales Director, who asked me to send a video which I did. He just advised some oil, which still didn’t work. I asked for a replacement hose, and then he stopped all communication. I sent 4 other emails without a reply.
Don’t buy from them, they are con artists

Scammers! Like a lot of other people here, I cancelled my order within hours of placing it. After a lot of emails I finally got a refund less a 15% restocking/shipping fee. Do not deal with this company!

Terrible company. Avoid. Power washer like a plastic toy. Unwilling to refund offered another power washer 7% discount. Why would I want two pressure washers I can't use. Complete waste of money and time. Cheap rubbish.

This company must be a joke, I suspect that all reviews are fake. I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. I placed an order, after waiting for a week I contacted them and Mr Mateo saying that I need to be patient as they were very busy. Few days past and nothing, I asked to cancel the order as there was no update on the order( in thier website saying "pending ". They charged me 15% commission to restock the item that never left thier wearhose , £29.80 charge for absolutely nothing 🤬. Do not recommend this company. Scam

Don’t trust bestproductreviews.co.uk! Ankercubic is a joke. If it is ‘peak season’ the sales representative, Mateo, will send you inane emails with no proof of order date and time, no information of when you can expect delivery and refuse to provide a full refund (unless they can gouge you for 15% ‘re-stocking’ fees). Taking legal action. Absolute scam….!

This is a SCAM company that sells off a review from a bogus reviewer. DO NOT BUY THIS PRESSURE WASHER. I am now dealing with my bank for a refund as they refuse to return my money. BEWARE if you return item they will delay and delay saying they haven’t received it in their warehouse so you go out of the refund window. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR BELIEVE THAT FAKE REVIEW.

I’ve asked for my money back as the power washer doesn’t work anymore after 3 weeks used twice they have stopped responding please don’t buy anything from this company they are in china not uk

The plug for this product is flimsy and useless a prong fell of so had to buy another plug for the machine to work, I thought it was a German model the advertisement for this is misleading I won’t hold my breath onit not to break down, if I new it was from china would never of bought it

Beware of this product. It is a poor Chinese version of a Karcher.
Firstly beware of a review of pressure washers by what appears to be an English writer who places it at no1 above others like Karchers etc, I strongly suspect this is created the company itself and is a scam.
I fell for this and tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes of making the order, couldn’t get hold of them so emailed and was told it was already shipped!

So does it work, yes. Is it any good NO. First thing you notice is how small it is, it will reach the height of your knee, build quality is really cheap plastic, connections leak and will in probably break in a short space of time. More importantly the pressure is no where near what they claim, it’s less than the very old Karcher I have which it was replacing. The gun is also short in length so to remove dirt from a patio you have to stoop so as to get close to the paving!

All in all please please stay away from this company, it’s a cheap Chinese rip off of well known makes. Stick to the well known makes and don’t loose £160 like I have.

AFTER WAITING 30 DAYS WITHOUT DELIVERY, TESCO BANK REFUNDED MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IN FULL. HOPEFULLY, TESCO WILL PROSECUTE AND ANKERCUBIC WILL BE CLOSED DOWN.

This feels like a scam.
Bought the product on 13th March.
Evri emailed on March 16 saying they had received the parcel but it was held up in a depot. This continued despite repeated calls to their (robot) customer services. Evri now saying that I should contact the seller since it’s been more than 10 day’s delayed.
The Ankercubic customer services which is also a robot fobs me off with computer generated platitudes.
It seems that other unhappy customers have been able to contact a human at Ankercubic.

They now appear to have changed their name to Aureoy. The first entry when you google ‘best power washer UK’ is a review by a guy called ‘John Smith’ at ‘protechbuying.com’
This was the one which conned me.
The review is the same but the name of the product has changed from Ankercubic to Aureoy.
Presumably because of poor reviews.
This seems to be clear criminality.
I’m amazed that Evri associate themselves with it.

Ordered a pressure washer based on what was clearly a bogus product review. Delivery time was not clear on the website when I ordered it .. just ships within 3 days… yeah from the back of beyond( another misleading Chinese “UK” company!!)Every time I asked for tracking was fobbed off with be patient updated tracking will be emailed. Nothing! I have now waited 2 weeks, which I know is not over the top, but I’m suspicious that all I get is an automated email from MATEO… it’ll be winter before it gets here at this rate and I just want to pressure wash!!! Get a karcher folks avoid this company!

Do not buy this cheap machine. It’s useless. Not German made at all. Took couple weeks to arrive from China. Not powerful enough despite their claims. Wish I had checked this site prior to buying! Back to Karcher we go!
