🚫Absolutely terrible products & customer services. Stay well away from this supposedly company or retailer or whatever they’re supposed to be. Placed order 1800w pressure washer but tried & wanted to cancel order, they sent order anyways. Order arrived & missing parts. Took months to resolve & in the end was refunded by my bank. Still have pressure washer & never used as missing pieces & parts. STAY WELL AWAY & BUY ELSEWHERE…They don’t even deserve a half star ⭐️ YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!🚫

Please please do not purchase from this company - bought a powerhouse, it worked for 15mins then stopped!

On complaining to them kept being told to send a video - under no circumstances send them one, legally you are not obliged to & if you do they will use it against you to say you are doing something wrong - when I told them I wasn’t & would not be sending a video & to arrange pick up of the device & refund me, they still kept asking for video evidence and said I would have to pay fir return of item ( return is to China Incase you didn’t know NOT uk)

Beyond frustrated I contacted my credit company, supplied them with all the evidence they required, as a result they have credited my account the full cost of the powerhouse so I assume they are now dealing with Ankercubic - good luck to them on that one!!
The long and short of it is this Company is a SCAM - so stay clear and well away from them - under no circumstances order anything from them - the quality is rubbish and after sales is non existent!

Avoid this product!
The product leaked all over my floor, the attachment for the hose was poor so it did not seal so leaked water everywhere! Its a cheap poorly made product and I wish I had read these reviews before buying this product.

Two and half stars for this company they are not even worth the 1 star, They sent part of the order, the 20metre outlet pipe didnt arrive, needed it urgent took another few weeks to turn up, by then I had to buy another 20m pipe, usual excuse it in transit (BS) They do not tell the truth he pressure washer is not worth even £50 absolutely a complete waste of money, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,They offered me some compensation, but funny how that has never arrived, Watch out if they tell you to send it back as it could cost you more than the rubbish they sent you. Check all the reviews YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED read the small print. They start off nice then their true colours are shown. Finally product absolutely a waste of money.

Avoid Ankercubic at all costs – serious delivery delays, GDPR breach, and no refund
My experience with Ankercubic has been shockingly poor from start to finish. Not only did they fail to deliver the item I paid for, but they have also demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and accountability throughout.

Delayed delivery & no resolution – After missing the promised delivery date, I was offered a paltry 8% refund as a gesture of goodwill. That refund has never materialised, and the item itself is still nowhere to be seen.

Serious GDPR breach – Ankercubic sent out an email regarding the delay and inexplicably copied in a long list of other customers, exposing full names and personal contact details. This is a blatant violation of GDPR and a serious breach of trust and privacy.

No product, no refund, and no accountability – The company is now trying to shift the blame onto the courier, but this doesn’t change the fact that I have received nothing. I am now left without the product I paid for, without a refund, and without any meaningful response from customer service.

This has been a frustrating, time-wasting and frankly unacceptable experience. I would urge anyone considering a purchase from Ankercubic to think twice – there are far more reliable and responsible retailers out there.

I am waiting for a refund of a unit i returned and i am being given the run around. I will have to make this a section 75 claim. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Products are poor quality and broke after 2 uses

Customer service is worse no response to e mails and just stalling tactics

Main nozzle lance has jammed in the handle unit of the pressure washer. The Company keeps asking for more and more videos of the problem - i.e. they are just stalling. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY! Advertised as UK based business and also DPD delivery within 48hrs! I eventually received the the cheaply put together pressure washer with NO standard fittings, so if you have spares they won't fit. Let's not forget the 10ft power cable! Not even worth complaining as you get automated responses from an AI Autobot. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered jet washer, never received it due to bad labelling from sender, so courier automatically returned package back to sender. When asked if I wanted it resent or money back I opted for money back to which they kept £45 saying I declined/refused receipt of goods. Never received goods to decline delivery. This company should be avoided at all costs as they send repeat mails then once they get goods back they do not reply to your mails, totally unprofessional company. Would not or do not rate them at all. Avoid at all costs.

Do not touch this product, absolute waste of money. I had used it twice for only very short periods of time but when using it for the third time after about 5 minutes, it started making weird noises and blue smoke started billowing out of it. I turned the machine off and tried to use it again about an hour later....nothing! The motor had burned out. After numerous emails requesting a full refund, I am still awaiting a reply. Absolute scam from a set of cowboys.

Can't imagine whose posting the 5* reviews 😂. It's just a scam buy from China. After I paid, the name of the company changed, dropping UK from the title. The 1-9 days delivery turned into 20 days, at which point I did some more in depth checking on the companies, didn't like what I found & cancelled the order. I then received an item despatched mail. I cancelled the payment with my bank, after which I received another "despatched" mail offering 20% discount if kept it & that it would arrive in 1-3 days. 9 days later it arrived with pre-printed "DO NOT OPEN" stickers all over it 🤔. I didn't sign for it (they obviously didn't pay for "signed" for delivery). Dispute ongoing

This is a scam!!!!!!! Do not buy from this seller. They take your money and send you nothing. Please avoid!!!!!!!!

I had my doubts about buying this after reading all the negative reviews on Trust Pilot. Thank goodness I didn't read them before ordering.
As it is a terrific little jet washer.
The first job that I undertook, after assembling (which was relatively easy), was to tackle 120 2×2 paving stones that hadn't been jet washed for 3yrs. It did a great job and I was really impressed.

Purchased in February 2025 to use around our patio's in preparation for summer. Went to use in April and after 15 minutes of use there was a strong burning smell and the machine started to make a loud noise. I let the machine cool down and tried again the next day - the burning smell started straight away and there was a loud bang - we are lucky it did not set fire or electrocute us.

I emailed to say there was a fault with the machine - explained the issue and asked how we could go about for a replacement. I was asked to send in a video to demonstrate the issue which I did - although by now the machine did not work at all - this was sent on 15 April - since then I have emailed multiple times for an update being passed from Mateo to Cindy.

I then emailed to say that I no longer wanted a replacement and that I required a refund as all trust is now broken. This was not responded to and after several more chase emails I have been advised to check my water tap as this is the issue.

I have since replied that there is no issue with the water tap and that I will be contacting both my bank regarding the payment and also trading standards for selling faulty goods that are not fit for purpose.

Avoid using this company at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I brought a jetwash from the company. It took two weeks to arrive, only for it to be total crap. It says it was a 160bar jetwash but couldn’t clean birds pop off the patio. So I requested a return, this was 3 months ago. I had to get my credit card company involved as they wouldn’t except the return at the start. Then they just kept replying with total nonsense to my emails. After my credit card company got involved. They reached out again from a different email account, this time saying the same things. Once I told them that I was returning this item to them one way or another. They finally agreed to have it returned. They then gave me an address that they later told me wasn’t their warehouse and that I had to wait for the item to be sent on to the warehouse. That then went on for another month of them saying it was still on its way to the warehouse. They then went to Mastercard to tell them that I was refusing to return the item. It was only because I had to send off all the emails and the tracking details to them to my credit card company for them to forward on to Mastercard that they finally had to back down. This shouldn’t have had to take this long. Please, to save yourself the trouble and hassle. Just don’t buy from them!

I was another one scammed as I saw the review and proceeded to buy the product through the Ankercubic name. I received the email stating that due to inventory issues I would have to wait and would be given an 8% discount when it arrived. After 15 days I chased the arrival of it and inbetwen me purchasing and chasing the product the company had changed name to Aureoy. My product did arrive on 02/05/25 but does not work, the additional accessories I ordered have not been sent and I am now going through hassle trying to return the product.
What about this for a reply from them?

Please note:

1. you need to return the product to China by yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the successful return, we need to deduct the relevant customs duty, as well as deduct 15% of the return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4.The return policy states that the return address must be provided by us, the address on the parcel is not the return address for us, if you return the parcel to any other address other than the one provided by us, we will not be able to receive the parcel, and then all the losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the goods without authorization.

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.

In this case, how about we give you a 5% refund on this order and you do not return the package? You can leave the item there as a gift for your friends or family.

Unbelievable I will be fighting to get a refund on this but can see it going to my credit card company under section 75.
DO NOT BUY from these under any circumstances.

Didn’t first use or try to use until 4 months after purchase and contacted them as it was faulty. Had one reply telling me to read the instructions )in very bad English) after I had detailed everything wrong and it’s just faulty nothing wrong with my reading skills. Since then I have emailed 5 times asking for a response/replacement/refund and not received any response. I wouldn’t be trusting any of the positive reviews only the negatives
