Used Shoes???

Dear Angulus, shoes arrived super fast but sadly they were apparently used, or someone walked in them more than once (attaching pictures to an email I wrote earlier), they aren't new, the leather has deep wrinkles on the front of the shoe, the soles are dirty. I'm extremely disappointed, i usually never write reviews unless they are positive but i believe this is of uttermost importance, please dont sell your customers used shoes. Thanks!. Cecilia Denk

As I do not understand Danish

As I do not understand Danish, I have you FIVE GREEN STARS; your shoes are absolutely lovely, made with softest leather and crafted with skill and pride. I’m so happy I had discovered you!
The website is easy to navigate, paying effortless and delivery prompt and streamlined.

Will buy again, for sure.

The quality of the shoes is amazing but…

The quality of the shoes is amazing but it is quite sad that I had to pay (quite a lot) to return them and so in total, to get the right pair of shoes for my little boy I paid c. EUR 110 for the shoes and EUR 24 for the postage (including return). I know I should have read up on the returns policy beforehand but I thought that returns these days are handled for free...

Hi Alice. I'm glad that you are happy about the shoes but understand that the return is pricy - i'm actually also a bit surpriced that return is so expensive from Germany. We will look into the possibility to send a GLS return slip with the package in the future, which is hopefully cheaper.

The perfect shoes for children

The perfect shoes for children, all the shoes for our four children are from Angulus, they fit the children perfectly, are made carefully and look just beautiful!

Furthermore, Angulus has a very friendly, helpful customer service, thank you very much, dear team of Angulus!

Love my shoes

Love my shoes, was delighted that they delivered to the UK. They arrived in super fast time, especially given the postal disruptions due to COVID.
