Very good quality shoes, quick delivery.

Has anyone bought the new CHELSEA TEX winter boots? I loved them at first, but they’re giving me red, painful spots around my ankles. I wore them every day for a week thinking they’d break in, but the ankle pain is only getting worse.

I am giving this experience a one star to get attention: I thought I have made a real good purchase with buying natural rubber ankle wellies for my son here in DK. I received the package, which is a plastic bag, that’s fine. But why do you need to put the wellies in another Polyester bag with an Angulus logo?? What value does this give me as a customer? This makes me so sad, because here I thought I made a better decision for my son and maybe the environment, but adding more plastic to it with putting it into another shiny polyester bag just doesn’t give me a good feeling. And you write “we care” as a slogan but me as a customer you leave puzzled as I feel greenwashed. I love the wellies, nothing wrong with those, but please don’t add stuff just to add it.
Maybe you could at check-out provide this information and let customers choose whether they want it or not.

The product is especially well made. Very happy.

Delivery process was very satisfying, however the boot was extremely tight for size 39. the sole information should be stated better in the website, unfortunately I will return my purchase when I'm back from holidays. I would really like to buy a similar winter Chelsea boot from you and need advise which model works better. Please get back to me via email. Thanks

Hurtig levering og returnering

Horrible customer service. The boots where great but after 11 months the sole came out. After asking for a solution I sent them the boots. The boots came back with glue residues all over the leather. When I asked for an explanation they said I sent them like that. I would not recommend them.

I bought a pair of ruberised shoes on Magasin and they looked nice in the beginning. But after only 4-5 time of use, there's already an open crack between the sole and the shoe on one side! The rain can get in from there, so it's now completely useless. I cant use it at all when it rains.
Additionally, shoes size is remarkably small. Although I bought 1 size bigger than my normal size, they arent 100% comfortable to walk in.

The boots are nice quality but I found the sizing very irregular. I ordered 2 pairs of size 40 (Chelsea style boots) and couldn't fit into one pair, the sizing was so much smaller on the second pair. I had to return one pair at my own cost although I had spent Euros280 on 2 pairs of boots. I did get a refund for the cost of the boots though. However, the experience has put me off buying Angulus in future.
