I own an Andrew James ice cream maker and am very please with it. Unfortunately I managed to break off part of a small spindle that turns the paddle so that I couldn't churn any more ice cream. I e-mailed them on the off chance and got great service in response. The company had an ice cream maker lying around which they cannibalised for the replacement part which they posted free of charge, together with a new paddle for good measure! Thank you Andrew James for this excellent customer service.

I purchased a Andrew James Halogen oven approximately 2/3 years ago sadly the glass bowl cracked, I tried on line to find a replacement but to no avail, I then sent a email to Andre James customer services with the hope of being able to purchase a new bowl and within 48 hours received a reply from Keith Roberts offering me a new bowl at no expense to me the bowl arrived yesterday I cannot praise Andrew James enough and also Keith is perfect for the customer facing role that he does

We love our Andrew James ice cream maker so we were very disappointed when we mislaid the paddle. I tried to find a replacement online but was not successful. I contacted Andrew James to ask if they sold the part separately and they kindly sent me a free replacement paddle even though the ice cream maker was out of warranty period. Fantastic customer service!
Immediate response after my kitchen appliance failed, clear instructions on info needed to receive replacement, simple process without any unnecessary questions or requirements. I would buy again from this supplier knowing they honour their free extended warranty without any hassle.

The bowl of my halogen oven cracked in use after several years of service. I emailed the Andrew James Group Customer Services having been unable to locate a replacement bowl on line.

Our ice machine recently broke. Even though it was quite near the end of the guarantee, Andrew James replaced it with no questions asked.

There were a few emails back and forth , and they answered all my questions speedily and with no problem at all.
The one thing I would say, is that replacement packaging being supplied would be great. I struggled to find a big/strong enough box.

Customer service is excellent, Keith was extremely helpful in sourcing a new paddle that I lost for my ice cream maker, it wasn’t a stock item but he went above and beyond and found one. It was sent to me free of charge, even free postage. Saving my item from being thrown in the bin as it’s unusable without the paddle.
