Tower customer service when there is an issue with a product are amazing, so friendly and patient when they have to wait for certain information to help resolve the issue, other companies would say you have to report the issue again when you have all the information but tower just put the report on hold for me thank you tower for an amazing experience your staff are incredible!
Had a problem with my airfryer which was under warranty so contacted customer services for some help and advice.I was fortunate enough to have my enquiry dealt with by Elle and Chioma who asked the pertinent questions,assessed the problem and sorted out another appliance for me.aThank you both very much for all your help,I really appreciate it.
Fortunately, the excellent Customer Care team (Kai & Joseph), compensated for the shockingly inadequate Warranty Registration site. I wasted almost an hour on poorly designed software that not only refused to recognise my product but then directed me to a 'dead' link, creating a circle of failure!
Tower need to look at this.
Happily Joseph sorted it out by bypassing the Warranty IT. A waste of my time but we got there, in the end.

Having first of all used your website which was of no use at all, I phoned your customer Service help line.
I spoke Joseph who was fantastic. He dealt with my issue professionally and courteously. Want I had been struggling with for around 3 weeks Joseph sorted out in 5 minutes.

Unfortunately my Air Fryer, which I love - died again. However, I cannot fault Tower's customer service. I spoke to Martin who was wonderful. After just a brief conversation and a couple of emails - I was informed that a replacement was on its way to me. If only all customer service departments and representatives were so competent.

I purchased my Airfryer 5/4/25, can’t find my receipt but have bank statement with transaction, took extra 3 yr warranty 26/04/25 but due to not having physical receipt my warranty and cover are useless, after all the air fryer recalls tower have had to do you would hope a company of there size and stature would see my warranty as proof I purchased the item…obviously I’m not to be taken as truthful…..air fryer started making a louder noise on right draw for about a week now I darn t use it for fear of it setting on fire!! 12months and just over a week old, designed to fail or just unlucky only they will no!!
I contacted Customer Service because my Tower oven developed a fault. The digital panel came away and just would slot back in. I had a reply from Joseph, one of your customer service executives, who has organised a replacement. I am so grateful to him for his expertise and courtesy. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement oven because the other one was in daily use and I've been lost without it.

Excellent customer service received. I was after a bottle retainer clip for the Aquahet carpet cleaner. Didn't have one in stock, please contact us again in 30 days. Paired 20 days and asked again yes, we have it in stock please supply address. 3 days later a new water bottle arrived.

I had a kettle which I registered under guarantee with Tower upon purchase. In less than 2 years the kettle decided to go on the blink (literally and metaphorically). I contacted the lovely Diane on the 'phone at Tower and having supplied her with relevant information, within a couple of days a replacement kettle was on its way to me. Excellent service.
