Very good service from start to finish. We were kept well informed throughout the process, and the report was detailed and met all of our requirements. We also had the option to discuss the findings with one of the surveyors, which was reassuring. Most importantly, we now clearly understand the cause of the issue in the property. Such a great experience, the Survey was excellent and very thorough , done really quickly and the full Survey Report back within the week. The survey was done the week following appointment and we had the comprehensive report before the end of the next week.
The best aspect of the service was responding to a request for a phone call to discuss some of the issues raised within the report, which the surveyor did even although he was actually on holiday.

I used this company for an Inheritance Tax/Probate valuation. The service provided was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout - easy to contact by both phone and email.
