Die Firma wirbt für mich irreführend damit, amtliche Dokumente wie Grundbuchauszüge sofort liefern zu können (z.B. über grundbuchauszug-sofort.de). Am 03. April 2026 habe ich einen Grundbuchauszug bestellt und am 05. Mai 2026 nach dem Verbleib gefragt. Statt einer Lieferung erhielt ich lediglich die Aufforderung, mich selbst an das zuständige Amtsgericht zu wenden. Das widerspricht den Versprechen der Firma, dass keine eigene Kommunikation notwendig sei. Insgesamt enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.
