Buying from this website is definitely a huge loss!
The product quality is extremely poor, items come from China and arrive with significant delays. Because of the low quality, you will definitely want to return the package — but you have to pay the full return shipping cost yourself. I personally paid €50 just to return the package!
Even though they told me to write “Return” on the package to avoid customs issues, my parcel has been stuck in China customs clearance for two months and still hasn’t been delivered. This company does absolutely nothing to resolve your problem. In the end, they might offer you a 50% voucher, but I still haven’t received mine.
When I contacted China Post and read the forums, I realized many people have the same problem — this is basically one of their scam tactics. In reality, the seller should handle customs clearance for their shipments, but they don’t. I’ve sent 40 emails to this company and the only response I got was “We are reviewing your case.”
I’m really angry about this huge loss. Please, please check the trustworthiness of any site before you buy

I would give zero stars. Do NOT order from this company. They present themselves as being in the Netherlands, but they are actually in China. I ordered two dresses for a wedding. When I realised the items would be sent from China and would not arrive in time, I contacted the company to cancel. The order had not yet been shipped, but they refused to cancel, telling me to simply return the items once they arrived. They arrived 22 days later. After about 20 emails, they refused to provide a Dutch return address. I sent the items with track and trace to the registered address in the Netherlands; they refused the package and sent it back to me. I do not need the dresses—they came too late and do not fit (I ordered size 42, yet one fits like a 36 and the other like a 48). These people are scammers and refsue to follow Dutch/EU consumer law .
