Very happy with the bottles
Very happy with the bottles, the only problem is that the tube on the pumps were too long and had to cut them all shorter to make them fit and look better inside the bottle. Will buy again though. 😄

3 stars only because delivery was a bit…
3 stars only because delivery was a bit “slow” and there weren’t any real updates until it shipped. It was fine, but we’ve become so used to same day shipping and next-day delivery that it’s a surprise when something takes 4-5 days to arrive.
Products are thoroughly brilliant though. What a range, and great prices! I’m a repeat customer.

love ampulla always great customer service
love ampulla always great. had some issues this time with shipping but ampulla are not to blame dpd is. only reason for the 4 star not 5 is the fact 2 plastic pots came broken and 4 were already sealed which ruined the temper evident seal. wont stop me ordering again

I placed an order the 10th and still…
I placed an order the 10th and still not received it yet.
Despite charging over £7 for 2 to 3 days delivery.
I have not received any tracking number or communication regarding my order.
I called to chase it but I have been told they dont provide tracking for small orders , which is weird 🤔.

25 litre jerry cans
Online ordering was easy and seamless and due to collection in person it was less than 24 hours from order to collection. I admit the order was small but nonetheless for a busy company a quick turnaround like that, was impressive.
