Don’t buy if you ever plan to move
Don’t buy if you ever plan to move. We love our amp but have been having such a hard time getting assistance moving. We have been told we “aren’t allowed to move it ourselves” we would lose our warranty if we did. Then paid $500 for JB Hunt to come move it for us and are now being told they don’t move locations only room to room. For what I paid for my amp I am extremely disappointed with this service. Everything up until now has been great, but moving has been a gray area that Amp hasn’t come across yet.

This has created unnecessary confusion and required repeated follow-ups to obtain basic information or next steps.

Tiny but mighty!!!
I am still in absolute shock that I have this little device in my apartment. It feels like I have an entire gym in my apartment. I absolutely love it. I use it every single day and it makes me feel strong and powerful! Thank you AMP fitness!!! This little machine is amazing!!!!!

Thank you for seamless installation experience. The machine is amazing. It saves me time compared to Gym equipment. No time lost between sets, no weight changes, and no travel to gym. Your app is amazing. It keeps on showing the exercise video however, starts counting when I actually a start the set. There is no need to sync with the video. That’s Smart programming!! You have grouped exercises based on purpose and it allows me to creat my custom workout. The app remembers my strengths and adjusts accordingly for various routines. Hardly takes any space in my home and looks very inviting!!

Installation issue
Just before installation I received a box with an accessory 'rack' which was to be installed under the shelf of the unit. When the installers came on site they would only install the unit and NOT the rack because they said it didnt come in their box. Now I have a useless rack that I cannot install.

Safety recall makes it unusable
Got the first batch of devices and it already has a safety recall with instructions from Amp telling me not to use the machine. And I have no timeline on how long it will take them to resolve the issue.

The company seems shady
The company seems shady. When I placed my order it said the subscription was free for the first year and a swag bag was included. When I signed up the subscription was free. The second month, they charged me. I emailed customer service and they said that promo was for 2024. Why would it say that it was free when I placed my order then?? I emailed a couple times about the swag bag and they just kept saying it will be sent separately and they’re working on it. It’s been a few weeks and no update.

Amazing product
Amazing product. I’ve purchased home gyms before and always fizzled out with enthusiasm. The clever machine which basically targets all muscles, combined with the incredible app, is like having your own trainer guiding you and keeping your form on point. Best purchase I made. Even on designed rest days I find myself tempted to jump in and continue working out.

If someone want instructions to remove the AMP you should not charge 300 to have someone come out to your house again. It is clear this company is about getting what you can from people after they buy it. Look at Pelotons model so nice and much better

I purchased the Amp in June. It was installed within 12 days(TX). These guys had installed many of them so they knew what they were doing.
I’m very happy with the purchase. It can do the majority of exercises I need. Because it’s so convenient I can work on some shoulder PT daily.

I love this machine
I love this machine. It not only looks amazing it provides an excellent workout. I love having this in our house. Besides being quality machine the ability to have the app create guided workouts is a super benefit. The app shows you how to properly perform the exercises and the app keeps track of your progress. This is a really great product.
