I haven't even bought anything from BALANZI, but after reading those reviews, hell yea, my son is going to be happy. I don't think, straight up, that I have ever seen a company that goes so far out of it's way to make a client happy. And you know what? I'd bet money that BALANZI will become the GO TO for anything you want but can't afford. You cannot tell the difference, unless you are one of those who has to see a stamp. I’ve just received my necklace & bracelet 8mm set and could not be happier. What a relief, just like everyone else I was skeptical but the quality is outstanding, my 25 year old twins were also impressed and have asked to order two more sets

I had shopped around jewelry online. Balanzi chains and bracelets are my favorites to wear. They looked genuine elegant and sophisticated. Customer service respone is quick and receptive. They replaced my 12mm to 8mm smoothly.
