Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience.
Having looked into your order, it was placed on 30th May and contained products from two different suppliers. Once both items were available, your order was dispatched from our warehouse on 8th June and was delivered by DPD on 9th June to the safe place requested for the delivery. DPD's tracking confirms the parcel was left in the nominated safe location and that delivery notifications were issued.
We are concerned by your comment regarding missing items, as we have not received any contact from you to report a problem with the delivery. Had we been made aware, our customer service team would have investigated immediately and worked to resolve the issue.

very helpful staff
Visited the store and the staff were very helpful. We picked out some Laura Ashley ceiling lamps but they were not in stock. Ordered on line and they arrived in two days. A small crystal was broken so I contacted the store and they arranged a spare which arrived in two days. Great service!! Also lovely lights.

Excellent customer service
This was our first experience of buying from Amos and we are very impressed both by the product quality and price, but even more so by the really excellent customer service we received. We needed some assistance with our order and we had the good fortune of speaking with Christina. She listened patiently, offered straightforward solutions, and then further clear advice to resolve our queries. We have now received our ceiling pendant and bulbs, and we couldn't be happier with how our new light looks in the hallway. So much so, and fully confident in the excellent level of customer service offered, we went ahead and made a second purchase. Now very much looking forward to this arriving. A big thank you to Christina - excellent customer service !
