Have used a few times now and find the service and products to be first class and competitive prices

I guess the price was the best around which first attracted me but the delivery and progress updates were first class.

Not the experience I was expecting carrying out an online purchase, not bad but just not what I was expecting for a reasonably expensive watch(circa £28k).

Hopefully it’s a better in store experience.

Very limited information given, no names given when chatting on what’s app so wasn’t sure who I was chatting to, had to call to establish some additional information.

Made the payment online and received no further information on delivery etc till I got a notification from the courier.

I received the automatic email but had thought since I had been chatting on what’s app id have got a “thanks you should receive the watch by x etc”

The watch register document wasn’t with the watch or any confirmation on the free watch winder. I chased up early Friday and then again on Monday morning upon which I got confirmation of delivery and a copy of the certificate.

Again not a bad experience but certainly not a premium shopping experience more run of the mill high street which is a shame as the videos of the shop look great and appear to have great high end watches.

After returning the Watch . I was contacted daily with updates of a possible replacement strap or other watch options.
So I will say not a bad experience and satisfactory result.

As a Seiko watch enthusiast, AMJ are my go-to Seiko Authorised Dealer. They almost always have stock, and it's easy to know from their website as this updates live. I very recently picked up a model I was unable to find at any other Seiko AD in the UK. And I secured it with a 30% discount.
I received photos of the watch prior to them sending to me which showed the watch as brand new, still in the factory protection stickers. It arrived the next day before noon via UPS.
The watch arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and as per the photos received. Strangely the clasp was fitted back to front but I very easily rectified this while sizing the bracelet.
I am delighted with the nineth watch received, and I remain delighted with the customer service received from AMJ. Thanks to Marc, Harvey and the wider team.
